Great kids, raised by great parents….these guys are old school mentality in regard to work ethic and passion for what they do. It’s no wonder they r winning so much. Great stuff 👍👍
this is the type of lifestyle you have to see to believe much respect nice nice neighborhood and setup but they deserve every inch of it it's inspiring
Huge motivation watching this. Bo and Melvin competing to become better is what it's all about. Friendly competition makes us all stronger 👊 Now I want to get a wheel barrow for workouts lol
Motivating! Well-done!!! I'm 67 years and 8 months old, and this video has me seriously considering buying a wheel barrow so I can walk around my neighborhood using it to carry three 80-lb bags of sand.
Love his work ethic. But sleep moght be one of the most important part of life. Sleep boosts memory, repairs the body, strengthens immunity, regulates emotions and hormones, enhances cognitive and heart health, aids metabolism, detoxifies the brain, and improves skin.
I don’t think there’s anything you are saying that he doesn’t already apply. Unless you working the way he does and getting the results that he’s getting I’d just watch and learn
The music reminds me of Vision Quest. You guys that have YT to better your wrestling techniques have no idea how lucky you are to wrestle now. If my coaches in the 80s didn't know something I didn't learn it. I did try to learn from a book but having YT would have been such an asset. The internet and MMA have changed wrestling for the better
"Crazy work ethic you don't see in kids today." Great job of dismissing an entire generation. The generation before you probably said the exact same thing about you and your generation. What you say is just complete garbage. I know a 16 year old kid who's schedule looks like this: EVERY weekday: 8am to 3pm - school 3pm to 4:30pm - after school club activities 5pm to 9pm - work at her job 10pm to 2am - study 2am to 7am - sleep Weekends and Holidays: Work 8-12 hours This kid helps to support her immigrant parents. "Wish my kid half this drive!!" Great way to dismiss your own child. Imagine if your kid watched Max Holloway's epic knockout over Justin Gathje and said, "I wish my dad was as tough and courageous as Max!" Or, after reading Steve Jobs' biography, he/she said, "I was my dad was as smart and driven as Steve Jobs." Think about it.
I didn’t train like this when I wrestled but my coach came to my house twice a week and we conditioned before i had to go to the high school i was attending.. I went to a career tech school and we didn’t have football or wrestling
@@gobonk3424 Not even because they are the same skin complexion, have the same haircut, and are likely the same race. They have the same mannerisms, demeanor, and even a similar voice. Kinda crazily similar, and they both love wrestling
I really hope he isn't sacrificing sleep for the sake of working out at 5AM. There really isn't going to be any better performance enhancer than adequate sleep. Like, if he is falling asleep at 8PM, that means he is probably getting enough...and that is probably more impressive than getting up
QUESTION - Do they do another workout later? What is the point of the 5am workout apposed to 9am or 2pm or 7pm if it’s the same workout? I only understand the difficulty if it was Mamba Mentality where they are getting in more volume than their competition by working out more often throughout the day? Time of day does not matter.
There’s no need. Getting up at 4:30, getting a light workout in, spar, AND conditioning. Not to mention Sauna with close on. No point of burning yourself out he’s just going throw the motions, chaining attacks together, etc… Edit: and it still doesn’t end there. They walk around the neighborhood with 80 pound wheel barrels 😂
“I don’t need much sleep” nah that’s a red flag, you gotta get those 7-8 hours especially as a young growing athlete. If you’re sacrificing sleep to wake up at an arbitrary time you’re setting yourself back
I bet he goes to bed at 8 or 8:30... every second of his day his time blocked in. He's also got the blessing of supportive parents who taught him to believe in himself & go after what he wants. He does put in the work, no doubt about it. Said he's been doing the 5am thing for 6 years
For a neighborhood in central PA that isn't near a big city, it's upper middle class which is probably two parents in professional careers. The houses probably sell for roughly $400k to $600k on average. Big houses with big yards in rural/suburban PA are not as expensive as they would be in much of the country near big cities.
Respect the work ethic! Should just get some mulch and make some money in the neighborhood landscaping instead of walking with the wheelbarrow! I love my sleep though 😂
I hope you do prioritize your sleep more one day. Not gonna tell you it’s important or that you need to do anything bc your results speak for themselves. I’m simply saying I hope lol
I dont understand does he go to bed at 9? Then wake up at 5? Or go to bed later and take hella naps? If so that is very bad its not healthy gor your brain to do that
Love his work ethic. But lost me as a fan due to this absolutely ridiculous college recruiting list bullshit he’s doing. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible for the sport. No one gives a shit. Pick a school and get over yourself.
No one’s whining/ no one’s has their face in their phones/ no one’s being soft and gender complaining.Just some well raised young boys killing it. They will have a great future.😊
Say what you want but these two will be winners in every phase of life…man is this great to see
100%
Yes, no only are they great wrestlers they're very humble and the way they carry themselveds is beyond me mannn🙌🏾
Smiling at 5am. Thats passion lol
No thats called being young and a taken care of by your parents, life is easy
@@Sidelinefighter-expertwtf😭😭😭

same
Seeing young kids with this much dedication brings a tear to my eye!!
That level of discipline is unreal and should be commended
You have to align yourself with like minded people on journey to greatness.
I raised my kids on that idea. Love it!!
Dude lives wrestling 24 hours a day. Go Bo!
He’s a sane desanto
Very mature kids, if they can keep it up, the future is so bright.
great video!

Terrific young men. Proud American has em! 🇺🇸
That's the hard work that pays off right there.
Sacrifice, hardwork, perseverance, positive attitude, …everyone knows what it takes to be a winner, yet most don’t grab it
It’s a mental and spiritual game. Balance and composure. Level head. Don’t over think it.
Love the 80s montage music

I wonder what time he goes to sleep. He probably goes to bed pretty early. Seems like he has excellent energy and isn't rundown at all. idk
I don’t think there’s anything you are saying that he doesn’t already apply. Unless you working the way he does and getting the results that he’s getting I’d just watch and learn
Sleep is very important. Maybe not as much as when you’re a teen but you need it to properly recover for the next workout.
we sleep early to train early bud
@@cammoammo6919Your body has natural cycles that are healthy for you and for most people this early is not good for your system long term.

Can we just acknowledge that Melvin pushed the wheelbarrow further so he actually won
Getting up early ain't special, putting the work in and getting enough rest is special.
