Really? So if I have a project I come and talk to the SEC and you can give clear guidelines to follow. Why are 60,0000+ investors of XRP suing the SEC to stop protecting them. Why is the company LBRY being sued by the SEC after it came in and asked for guidance..turned away...then sued...? Gensler turned out to be one of the biggest disappointments in this administration. We thought he’d open doors for crypto to flourish. He did the opposite.

Things look different once you get to the other side, I assume.
I’m still a believer that he is pursuing weeding out many of the crypto scams, which as a crypto bull I think will benefit the space in the long run, however I think he will hinder innovation in the space dramatically for a few years because of his deference to traditional, clunky banking systems that “protect us”
You cannot just rush to open the doors to crypto foolishly without being able to accurately identify which projects/coins are based on a real safe fully complied decentralized system VS Ponzi schemes, pump & dumps, frauds, stupid risk takers, needless utility funds, or simply unregistered securities disguising crypto, …. etc. Unfortunately these are the major reality of the current 20,000 coin cases, even the top 10 besides Bitcoin we still arguing if they are actually useful and not centralized foremost.
I Totally agree with Gensler view but i hope he be quick on finding more efficient procedures for regulating Crypto, for the sake of Crypto!

To compare all crypto to the electric car vs the internal combustion car, as Gary has done on various occasions, is ridiculous. It's a new technology entirely and needs a new well-thought regulation for its time. It is decentralized and open to many different parties working with the tech, each with its own independent use cases. By crypto's nature, especially given time for maturity, it's more like a commodity, not a stock. Are you interested in the truth, Gary or in protecting the investment banks and former SEC committee members' interests?

A pullback in the cryptocurrency market is normal when it happens and in my opinion it's a great time to invest or copy. I still think long-term cryptocurrency investors won't have to worry, as the medium and long term should be good for the rapidly expanding sector. I want to thank Katherine Penny Mandell who have been with me through ups and downs, showing great effort and trust, but also tenacity when it comes to tradin. Then why are deposit insurance and liquidity access purposefully offered to traditional finance but withheld from crypto? Bank runs happen anywhere money is held, unless public guarantees provide confidence. To this point, the regulators have effectively been picking winners and losers by discriminating against new market entrants, to the detriment of their own citizens.
