Charles Hoskins (ADA) and Gavin Woods (DOT) both stole Vitaliks (ETH) idea of what blockchain with smart contract can do... Charles and Gavin worked for Vitalik, then both used and essentially sole the idea of smart contracts from Vitalik... Vitalik is naive and they preyed on him when he was in his early 20's... Both were a decade older and knew what they were doing. The "Infinate Machine" is a book written about this theft occurred.

What you believe about the amount of one’s portfolio investment percentages are n crypto, real estate or whatever it has absolutely nothing to do with regulation. The fact it matters so much to you tells me you want to control people their money and be able to see what they do with it. Your elected officials who are there to represent those who elected you and what they want not what you want and all of you forget you work for us and need to keep your personal agenda’s at home.
If I had to choose one regulation then I'll go for consumer protection. I couldn't agree more with Charles - Decentralization means no central unit that controls the market but it's also true that whatever goes beyond the limit should be regulated / investigated - but the question is what are those limits? They should focus on understanding crypto and identifying those limits while also figuring out how to protect the consumers/investors in this decentralized space. They need to stop putting regulations based on their understanding of the traditional market because they are just making crypto look bad in a traditional sense. Crypto is smarter and something most people don't understand and so they fear it which results to very bad regulations. They really need to understand it first.
