I've been regretting not investing in stocks all this time, but I'm still grateful for having kept my money in the money market. With around $200k maturing soon, I'm planning to invest in the stock market. As a newbie looking to safely grow my money, what stocks should I consider?

Consider exploring energy stocks, as they are poised to be significant beneficiaries of advancements in AI and data centers. Additionally, practicing Dollar Cost Averaging (DCA) into a reputable ETF could be beneficial. It's crucial to prioritize patience and maintain a long-term perspective. Most importantly, seek financial advice to make informed buying and selling decisions.

Often people underestimate the value of counseling until their own emotions become overwhelming. A few summers ago, after a long divorce, I needed a huge push to keep my business going. I searched for licensed advisors and discovered one with the greatest qualifications. Despite inflation, she has helped increase my reserve from $275k to $750k.

Before you start investing, it's crucial to understand the basics of investing, different asset classes (stocks, bonds, real estate, etc.), and the associated risks. are you investing for retirement, buying a home, or building an emergency fund? Your goals will help shape your investment strategy.

Don't put all your eggs in one basket. Diversification means spreading your investments across different asset classes (stocks, bonds, real estate) and within those classes (different companies or industries). This helps reduce risk.

Recently bought some recommended stocks and now they are just penny stocks. There seems to be more negative portfolios in the last 3rd half of 2023 and first half of this year with markets tumbling, soaring inflation, and banks going out of business. My concern is how can the rapid interest-rate hike be of favor to a value investor, or is it better avoiding stocks for a while?

I don’t agree with him stating people should go “all in”, but I do think a quarter of your portfolio should be exposed to China (be safe and go etf’s), so you can capitalize if there’s a rum higher in the next 5 years. Crypto is risky as many would say but I think the actual risk in Crypto is not investing, buying the capitulation isn't a tough call, but it is a very tough call to figure out what to do aside holding. I remember when I just got into crypto back in 2019 but later in 2020 I ended up selling it because I was dumb and I didn't understand it. I studied and learned and now I know how it works. Thank you for your videos... The cryptocurrency market has been highly volatile lately, but instead of focusing solely on price swings, it's crucial to educate newcomers on strategies beyond simply holding through dips. Active trading during market fluctuations offers the potential for substantial profits while waiting for price rebounds. Many still lack a deep understanding of how the market operates, and it's important to recognise that no chart can predict movements with certainty. The Chinese stock market is mainly divided into A shares and B shares, as well as overseas markets such as Hong Kong stocks and US stocks. Different markets also have different degrees of openness to foreign investors and methods of participation. The A-share market is open to foreign investors. Currently, foreign investors can purchase Chinese stocks through the QFII and RQFII systems, the B-share market, and directly opening an A-share account domestically. These methods meet the needs of different foreign investors, while also introducing more international capital to the Chinese stock market and promoting the internationalization process of the market‌‌

The original reform of the 2007-2010 was just reined in. It'll be decades before anything else happens.
The companies now know where the line is and how to behave.

The flaw here is that the stimulus is nothing compared to what the US did during COVID and only a fraction of what China did in the GFC. It's not going to do much for bottom lines, but it will excite the market.

Thanks for in depth analysis of the world;s no 1 econ (ppp) with only 1400m people. As you suggest China is on its last lying flat legs. After all, CHina only managed to take its auto/ev ind. from nowhere to world leader in the last FIVE years. Pathetic. The US takes all kind of inds. from nowhere to no 1 in much, much less than that. Right? Er no. China has taken 10s of inds and econ sectors from nowhre to world leaders in the last 10-20 years. And it looks like they're SPEEDING UP. Check China chips by 2030 - bet they're no 1 there too. That's why they call it an economic MIRACLE, It is (more or less). And the US? Well they're still the world's no 1 worst losers and Tonya Hardings.

I made a shitload of money but I have been investing since the beginning of the year and that makes it all the sweeter it's value. I like BYD nobody can do that in that market Don't forget Tesla gets 0% interest on their cars and they're not even selling as much as they did last year. I remember that when 0% goes away and they lose another 20% on top of 10 cars I can think that are better already and cheaper although they are losing billions so That's today. Not tomorrow when they consolidate you will see profit. I can guarantee that Elon didn't see that coming that quick. Nobody did nobody thought they could do that. That's fast
