    New study shows benefits of high-intensity aerobic exercise IF diagnosed “HIIT may decrease the risk for cancer metastasis by 72%, according to a study conducted at Tel Aviv University. The findings, published in Cancer Research, showed high-intensity exercise causes internal organs to absorb more glucose, thereby decreasing the energy available to the tumor” there’s also a lot of data out there to suggest that high intensity interval, exercise, even in spurts of 10 minutes or less has significant brain and longevity benefits…I love the video, but do believe that women should do short spurts of high intensity interval training a couple of times a week. So that plus a traditional or infrared sauna 🎉

      Did this study study YOU? If not, listen to YOUR BODY, not to some random study. This logic pertains to all studies, not just this one.

      @@MenopauseTaylor well played. as for me personally, I can weight train twice a week and probably do high intense new interval training once a week. That’s my limit because otherwise, I start getting adrenal exhaustion and higher cortisol. Therefore, I just take a nice long walks the other days.

    Unfortunately sometimes things happen certain way and no one can explain why. My mother, who did sports most of her life, slim non smoker, past away of breast cancer at the age of 44, meanwhile her sister, who never exercised a day in her life, is chain smoker and raging alcoholic for the last 25 years, is 55 now living her life.

      My oldest sister has smoked cigarettes and other things since she was 12, has done all kinds of hard drugs and is an alcoholic for years and, even though she has an awful cough, she’s still trucking along. She’s 61 but looks 81. I have no doubt lung cancer or emphysema will get her eventually but it’s always amazed me how healthy people often get these things.

    I'm surprised you didn't talk about alcohol use and increased incidents of breast CA. And I agree, a consultation with you DOES change your life for the better. It did for me 8 years ago. Thank you.

      I cover that in a different video. As you know, I present everything in very well-organized units. his breast cancer unit consists of 55 consecutive videos. If you watch them all in order, you'll know everything. If you don't, who knows what you'll know And you don't know what you don't know. (But you already know that.)
      I'm so glad this education and my consultations help you.

    Hi Barbie, did you like the movie?.... just kidding! I do have a quick question for you though not that one 😀. I have been a subscriber for many years and have gained and shared so much of what you have taught me. My question is this, having filmed these videos some 2 years in advance, are there some videos and info that are now out dated? May be due to new products coming on the market or studies shedding more light? PS I thought the movie was so-so! X

    • @MenopauseTaylor
      @MenopauseTaylor  5 месяцев назад +1

      I'm giving you a menopause education. Most of what I teach you is basic science. And that doesn't go out of date. If you don't know the basics, you cannot make sense of anything "new."
      You will never see me "react" to the latest soundbite or study. I don't do that kind of thing. It's looney.
