This has been so nice to hear !!! I am not alone! I have had such awful back and neck pain. So many tests and they can’t find anything!!! Menopause is a beast! Yes yu probably nailed it for me! So stressed that I felt I was dying and doctors were missing it. And that was probably making things more tight and tense for me! Thank yu 😢
Thank you for this video! I was already in menopause when I had a hysterectomy at age 67. I had no prior problem with joint pain but after the hysterectomy and chemotherapy that’s when the arthritis started. I blamed it on the chemo and the other cancer fighting meds but what I understand now is that although I was already in menopause this was really “scraping the bottom of the barrel” as far as ant vestiges of estrogen and hence a really bad case of menopause symptoms. Of course no doctor put their finger on it and their “it’s nothing we did” attitude only made matters worse. It’s only channels like yours that enlightened me and now that I know what the cause is, at least I know I’m not crazy and I have options on how to tackle this. People think “oh it’s only arthritis” but they don’t realize how the pain and lack of mobility have a huge impact on one’s life. Thank you for putting it out there!
