Glad you didn't need all 10 teams to vote yes to allow us to get add Create A Team this year. Features announced look great so far, think I spotted some teasers too... mechanical failures finally!
From the press release it hints that teams can poach your drivers and staff. It shouldn’t of taken 3 games to get even close to motorsport manager, but we might be finally there!

Can we customise our own driver ratings, f1 calender and rules and regulations changes yet. You guys really need to have that feature, every other management game does
I really hope they keep track of which tracks had the most overtakes in your career mode, then make the top 6 sprint tracks for next season, bores me to death doing the same sprint races over and over again
You can do all of that and more by using the Database editor for F1M

@@shrek8692well FM solves that by just having 2 separate games, console edition and regular, the only difference in the games is that one has the editor and one doesn’t

I hope you have added some feature like separate parts of the PU, with ERS, Battery, Thermal, turbine parts separate. Also the possibility to buy suspensions from a constructor team like haas is doing with ferrari for example

FINALLY! I skipped F1Manager23 as it was essentially F1 Manager 22 with some bug fixes, but I may release day this one.

F1 manager 23 is much better then 22, they improved AI and all the features and put crashes and team radio with the real voice of drivers and engineers. They also included the possibility of changing team
@@nicolasinisi2910 i have been playing modded F1M22, so i have been able to change teams. And i did not really like the confidence system that basically forces you to never do a less stops strategy

Guess I've got a reason to pick this up now
It took 3 years and 3 full priced released, but I think we might finally be where the franchise should have been on Day 1 of Game 1. Assuming the racing is actually -good- passably believable this year. Which is a big assumption, I know.
Even with all the faults through the first two games, I adore this video game series and I really hope it thrives and continues on for years to come! The first two games have not been as good as this series has the potential for. This game is quickly becoming one of my most anticipated yearly releases.
I will keep supporting this series if you guys keep trying to strive for a better product each year, and so far that is the trend I’m seeing. The last game better than the last, and 24 looks no different in that aspect.
I'm going to play as Team Andretti, because they should be on the fuckin' grid.

Wetter Radar in der Vorbereitung schon sehen damit man besser planen kann.
Start Championchip Datum 1.1.2000 und man geht dann weiter Jahr für Jahr mit all den ganzen alten Strecken, Fahrern und Autos.
Ich habe beide Manager Spiele gespielt und wenn man ein Jahr geschafft hat und weiter geht ins nächste jahr sehen die Autos immer gleich aus.
In eurem Trailer liegt der Fokus auf ein eigenes Team gründen. Wenn nur das neu ist hol ich es mir nicht

@@jornocolodo6773 Yeah I wont wait for the reviews on this one. I did on the 23 and saw the issues and players' complaints. However, with the create a team I will buy it. I get 2 hours to refund it if it is that bad.

Can you also add that during the training sessions you also see the pit crew and they push the car into the garage? Make it a bit more realistic.

If I create a team, my drivers would be Dennis Hauger and Richard Verschoor, and my F1 driver Academy for that team will have Juan Manuel Correa, Paul Aron, Christian Mansell and Alex Dunne.

I hope now the 3d racing actually looks realistic and not like ai struggling to pass the car that is 0.1 ahead with DRS. I want to see like drivers oversteering, having little errors. Something that wouldn’t make me want to 16x the whole race.
Management has to be nerdy, because it’s not f1 arcade but f1 manager so the third drive, young drivers etc. have to be of use and less micro management during the race because we’re the team principals not race engineers.
I want to do more work off track than on track. I can hardly enjoy races because I’m constantly changing something, ers, attack, etc.
Other than that, I’ll keep my expectations low and fingers crossed.

Pre-season testing ( test the car out)
Parade lap to ( unusually forget to set it the strategy ~ push / overtake)
Staff - cosmetic give us 150-2500 staff ~ size of team redbull has 1500, Mercedes has 2500 , McLaren has 1400+ have it linked with the success of the team , ~ with the your team added you start of with say 150 and as you get more attractive the number goes up , does nothing but make you look like an actual team,
R&D also cosmetic (see above) instead of max 6 have it like 20/30 (don’t change anything else) just make it look like a lot of people are actually working on it - the game feels like I only have 40 -50 people working for me no matter the team,
Driver feedback, ~ driver option pre,duration the race - say Lando says I think we should do a 1 stop on x tyres , I think my tyres are going I think I should pit in the next x laps , I’m struggling here tyres are going / tyres feel fine/great think I should stay out , we should change to plan a/b/c
Car setup - also more drive feed back the mini game while nice is but hellva annoying to get , then once you do it’s the same every time,
Engine wear gear wear - asks this before each engine still has good parts = a new engine rather then buy one ( doesn’t last a long but saves $$$)
Engine oil asked before - grants a little bit of HP or lack of depending if you’ve used it for years or chanced and need to now match it with the engine,
Legendary drives ~ Schumacher , Mansel , raikkonen, Senna barachello, etc, as drivers to hire or (drive 80/90 races - Senna takes both him and Prost off)
Dunno maybe you can add it at some point ( now or future games)

Better graphics - pit stop ahh so that what happened - um what the car just sat there i have no clue - driving though each other , and walls of Baku and Monaco,( there’s a visual bug in 23 in all the tracks have 285km race distance on them main screen)

I just want more strategies to the management, feels very basic last I played. Just click through the menus to make things better and you're good to go. Did not find any difficult choices and always just got better with time.
