I'm 58 and lived here all my life and seen them opened up 2 different times durring floods. Also been inside the dam on school trip, turbine inside were awesome to see but scarey looking down on them at young age,lol
We went yesterday but the lower road was closed by then. You did a good job taping this! I got some video from the overlook! And an interview with a native, who, it turns out, lives down the road from me in Seymour! Lol!
WOW! Been talking to Heather, my daughter there. They are ok because in mtns but their water is out. They have electricity still, PTL. They are getting resourceful at getting water from a near creek for animals and cleaning. Prayers y'all stay safe❤🙏
@@CNe7532294 that makes absolutely no sense whatsoever if you know the actual scripture. And that being Lucifer was the most beautiful angel in heaven that rebelled against God and took 1/3 of the angels in Heaven with him. You call it nature, others call it an act of God. My friend lives on the lake, it is still rising and flooding their lower yard. Ya’ll pay attention to this!! They may have to flow more water down towards Knoxville.
They could use all that water in Lake Powell, and eventually Lake Mead . Of course ( CALIFORNIA) would claim that it deserves to get most of it. The lawns in LA are so much more deserving of the water than any other potential user’s. But in all seriousness my prayers go out to all the people who have been affected by this storm. One of the things we haven’t been able to control yet is the weather. God Bless, and may you have as fast a recovery as possible.
@@donnanorton4092 Yup, I used to live in Knoxville. I’m near Chattanooga now, so it’ll be flowing here as well. I’m really surprised that we haven’t flooded. Being in the river bend, we are prone to it. Hope you and yours are safe.
