The only problem is in India there is not that much hype for this movie, only those who are active on RUclips know about it.
They should use more ways of advertising the movie by giving ads in newspapers of India 1 month prior it's release, TV interviews, etc like that of Bollywood movies.
Thats the prob but i'm super hyped about this movie.

but this movie is well hyped .. not just because of a super hero movie .. but also because of basil joseph.. and this video was just a promo video .. nothing related with the story

It's just a marketing ad and this is not a scene from the movie. The whole movie is a fun ride with a superhero element in it. As per the initial reviews, the movie is a fun superhero origin movie with a Terrific final fight. Basil Joseph always focus on humour side of every story he tells. If you get time , you need to watch his first two movies. Kunjiramayanam and Godha. Former one being a slapstick comedy genre and later one comedy wresting sport movie.
Just few days ❤️❤️❤️. For sure this gone be a wonderful movie. Love for Basil ❤ Tovino ❤

The closest thing to it is One Punch Man. Superheroes are tested in a government testing facility and are given grades (Grade A superhero, Grade B superhero etc) and then get some license or something to do superhero stuff.
