Thanks for the show Tom. Want both Rice and Caicedo but don't get why people stress so much. Worst case scenario is we end up with the likes of Zubemendi, Lavia, Savic. If so then could have the opportunity to go big for goal scorer like Osimhen or Vlahovic instead and have plenty left the likes Fresneda and an overall stronger squad. Either way it's win-win.

Fans are crazy I saw a comment saying that Arsenal should sign 6 players. Then the same person said that Patino shouldn't leave.

People keep looking at the past, basing their opinions and expectations on the past transfer windows. That is where the pessimism takes over. If people take a few steps back and look at the bigger picture, they'd see that Arsenal is in a very different and massively improved position to attract and afford multiple high profile players. Years past, looking at 8th then EL spot. Now, looking at CL and competing with City for the PL. I know which version of Arsenal is most attractive to £100m players. Edu's job is made so much easier, players like Rice and Caicedo should be camping outside his front door waiting for a contract.

We are a big club if we want to sit at the big boy table we have to buy big names , Most of our success historically was from buying players who didn't have a PA company managing they're social media accounts and the two big names we invested in recently had to be paid to leave the club , Arteta is still a novice manager who's doing a better job than Uni Emeri did and a legend like Wenger did toward the end of his reign cause Arteta inherited a league two team in all honesty . We dont want mercenaries coming here for the cash we want players who can carry the badge without it getting to heavy for them ,

The manager i love him but he has to get the best out of his players available the squad we had last year as much as he got out of it I still felt he didnt utilize it so thats on him more than edu in my opinion

Hi Tom, great show! I have to provide some clarification in reference to Elliot comparing the Kroenke's spending for Arsenal with their spending for their NFL and NBA teams. Elliot specifically mentioned Nikola Jokic (arguably the best player in the NBA) and Aaron Donald (a future hall of famer in the NFL) in asserting that the Kroenke's are treating Arsenal as their sidepeice or after-dinner menu. Unfortunately, he failed to mention that the both Nikola Jokic and Aaron Donald were drafted by their respective Kroenke-owned teams (meaning that not only did the they not have to go out and splash cash to buy them, but they actually were able to have them on relatively cut-rate contracts as a result of the draft. I have certainly had my issues with the Kroenke's in the past, as have we all, but to use the success of their other teams as a stick to beat them with rather than a sign that they are capable owners is ridiculous. All in all, I definitely hope that the Kronke's are willing to fund a big summer spend as we can all see that it is necessary for us to continue our improvement, but we need to make sure that our arguments and comparisons are fair and accurate. Let's all cross our fingers for that $300 million budget!!!

Next season will undoubtedly be extremely challenging with the resurgence of others, but if we can play like we did this season, we will be in the hunt for trophies, that's all you can do really.....its a tough league. People need to be realistic

We don't need number 9 type of striker yet. Strengthen and enrich the midfield is our priority for now. This is precondition to play more than one tactic, maximize plan A then plan B, plan C and so on. Whenever we able to adapt with some tactics, we will buy number 9 to unlock some seasonal target of goal that statistically needed to win trophy.

We've had a great season and we have made great decisions in the transfer market of late (including not signing Mudruk). We are being ran very well. Spending willy nilly is stupid. Trophies will come if we keep making good decisions,,,, it takes patience,,,,, there are a lot of big teams not winning trophies.....I really struggle to see why people are complaining about missing out on Muydrik,,, it would have been a TERRIBLE decision to pay that

So chelsea have done nothing but annoy Brighton recently taking staff players etc and we pulled away from caecido in January to ‘maintain’ a good relationship with Brighton so in theory we should be able to get this deal done
