    Some people in the comments are clueless. I’ve supported Arsenal for 28 years and let me tell you this. We are, have and always will be a powerhouse of a club on and off the pitch. We have a different culture and always put the longevity and success ahead of anything. We always do it with class and style. We always do it the Arsenal way

      So 28 years a Gooner. Eh! *Nice...* _But not great!_ 8-))...
      But we are the biggest London side. No question about that.
      But did you do realise that Spurs were not even in London before the postcodes came in and London expanded?
      *So we've been in North London longer then they have.* 🤔😲 😅🤣😂
      North London is 🟥
      London is 🟥

      @@Robert-nz3te Not just other clubs, but also the MSM too.
      As a long standing Gooner, the TV and papers have always treated Arsenal in a bad way. Especially when it comes to those from Merseyside or Manchester.
      If you're old enough to have watched that last game of the season in 1989, that iconic Liverpool v Arsenal match. Even during the commentary, you could tell on the commentators voice that he wanted Liverpool to win.
      It's something Gooners have to put up with and always will. And now Cheaty115 are ruling the roost _(For now!),_ the MSM still prefer them over us.

      That’s actually wrong. Herbert Chapman almost (he left for Arsenal during the final season) managed Huddersfield Town AFC to three consecutive first division titles starting in 1923-24.
      He then almost (he died during the third season) managed Arsenal to three consecutive first division league titles starting in 1930-31.

    I am not sure that I agree with the fundamentals of this video. As a previous Long term fan and shareholder of the club I do not feel that when compared to our rivals we lag in a few areas. As it points out the major income stream is from broadcasting. This is essentially not under the clubs control. Off field activities like merchandising to me always seems to be lower than our rivals. Whilst I truly hope that the club continues to thrive I am sure that further improvements could and should be made to ensure financial stability long term.

      @daveseville7394 Arsenal have won more league titles than every club in the history of English football except for two. They have more trophies than the vast majority of the country's teams combined and have never been relegated. Or, to put it in a different way: if you combine every Premiership win from City and Chelsea, across 20 years where both teams were the most financially powerful in the entire sport and won a majority of all league titles in that time, they have as many titles as Arsenal have league wins. I'm sure they'll be fine!

    • @konman26
      @konman26 23 дня назад

      the reality is that for football clubs expenses (ie player salaries and amortisation costs etc) largely tie to revenues, so everyone's barely profitable/running losses from an accounting standpoint. if a club starts earning more revenues then you can expect to see them increase their spending proportionately
