It was a shock to me because that’s my name and I’m watching this whilst laying on my bed 😅
Despite Dylan's disgusting intro (he wasn't even a slob, and then later he's cleaning up when he's not even neat!), I really like him. He seems like the sort of teen who has a heart of gold and is really supportive. I'd like to see more of him. Perhaps he could raise Brett in the next video, IF there's a next video to this story, as his step-mum is about as disinterested as TrashBag Mum?
One of the most annoying parts of the video station is that if you record a happy or inspired or whatever emotion vlog, if your sim isn't in the same mood when the recording ends, the vlog won't be that emotion but whatever emotion the sim has when it's done. It drives me insane whenever I try to use it

With basemental your teen sim with good grades can sell homework to other teens (they do their own homework, they buy homework books from the basemental store and copy their homework there, with one of those in their inventory they can sell it) you could try a storyline w a teenager who is trying to move out or just moved to an empty apartment and try to renovate w homework money?

If you don’t want to use mods, you can have the toddler play in the sand and they’ll find seashells. I don’t believe it works without island living, but it’s a decent paycheck when they find something

Maybe you could come back to this household later, maybe dad's girlfriend ran off with all their money and left her baby (cause frankly she hated him anyway) which leads to the family being evicted and homeless so they have to make money to buy a new house while dad maybe tries to find a new girlfriend while the kids try to buy the house

I know you have done parents with shared custody, but have you heard about the parents who instead of the kids moving back and forth, their parents do? I thought you can maybe do that in the Sims by making a house a vacation home, so the parents not on duty are “on vacation” and then alter on which parent is home and which is on vacation, and I think it will be a chaos in The Sims, they have no boundaries to start with 😂 so feel free to take that brain fart and run with it

The kids having the same option to make a mess as a toddler, is frustrating. Because yes I do understand there’s kids, that make messes but the way sims age in a week they shouldn’t have the option to pour paint or Choco everywhere.
Did you know that toddlers can play in the sand and get shells that is worth money it is not a lot but a least it is something.
