I mean knitting and sewing are two different things entirely. That being said knitting and sewing could have been included in cottage living along with cross stitch pretty easily.

there is a newer version of the mod (version 0.6). The original had bugs like you experienced in the video

Tiny home rentals are a thing but I think you mean that you want more multi lots. You can kind of have a restaurant with home chef hustle but it does suck that you can't have a business on a lot and a home
You actually can have a business and live on the same lot. LittleMissSam has a mod for it, unless you don’t play on PC. There’s still a work around to this kinda thing.
Besides the littlemssam mod, you can actually do this in game. Just set up a store with an apartment on top…set it as the shop type you want, move your sim in to a Residential lot with no house and then have them travel over the store and never go back to the empty lot. You can pay bills on the computer if they occur.
The only hiccup is if you have a baby, the bassinet bound newborn will go to the empty lot (your official home). But age them up to infant quick and you can do what you want and raise them at your at-home bussiness.

You could have bought a Cooking skill book to fulfill her fun need and gain cooking at the same time and watch cooking channel. Where is the sewing machine? I think the extra money was from the furniture in the basement apartment. 😍🥰🤩 Don't forget to set the front door as the front door and the right way with arrow pointing outside.
There is a 0.6 version even with a sweing supplier restocker you can buy in build mode its from 2022 an with and Iron board, cutting table, a steamer...

I think you can use a steamer from the mod to steam the clothes and I think it makes the clothes worth more
Shame the sims gurus never thought to do the sewing machine it’s brilliant
Would be cool if they added this mod to trendy instead of plopsy and tied it in with the fashion designer career
This whole play through reminds me of 2 broke girls and I'm LIVING for it.
I still think it is so cool that I can switch this to my Roku TV and watch on the bigger screen while shopping for Sims CC. :)

Yes, you can use all three. I usually use the phone, but I notice a lot of youtubers use the mailbox instead.

This seems like a great mod. Unfortunately the mod creator hasn’t been around with this mod in over 2 years. How in the heck did your game not break? Unless I missed something, I don’t know. I will say tho this mod gives me an idea of what my next generation heir could do to make money.
There’s lots of older mods that still work as the code they use hasn’t changed.
@@TheDawnofVanlife suppose that makes sense but the update before crystal creations broke pretty much everything so I'm surprised this mod didn't break.

i dont use that mod but i have the same issue with the screen!! sometimes if i come back to the game quick enough (within a second) its fine but if i take any longer, i have to exit the game :(
