I’ve always had dogs and cats. This stuff sounds great. My pups definitely get bored of dry kibbles (always some left out to munch) and stinky wet food. I often boil chicken breasts for them or boil hamburger meat to brighten their day. I’d try this product. Cats don’t need this, sprinkle cat nip on their food. Usually works.
I'd argue that cats do need this. Many cats don't react to catnip at all. Mine ignores the stuff. You're also just eliciting a pheromonal response which while may be euphoric to some cats isn't really the same as feeding them something tasty that they'll enjoy.

Lots of pets need enticement to enjoy their food more (noticed this a lot in older pets with chronic kidney disease, in particular) and this is a stellar solution for achieving that without deviating too much from their controlled diet (which is extra important because these patients often are on prescription foods). This has useful medical implications, along with just being an awesome idea. And yeah anyone who thinks this won't take off underestimates dog owners lol, I have two pups and would absolutely collect all flavors!

I noticed that my dog definitely was not happy while eating when I 1st adopted him and it was because I was buying the cheapest food I could, and it did not smell good.. now I buy him the top of the line food that smells really good hes drooling and waits for it patiently every time much happier puppy better ingredients.
This is perfect for my picky grandparents who only eat mashed potatoes and soft foods all day. Sprinkling these seasonings on would be great.

it's water that they need daily. Dogs can go a week without eating food before it really begins to affect them beyond their bowel movements. But they'll hunt & scavenge before waiting a week.

If you have to start getting into designer's foods for your dog? That's not a picky eater
- that's a human being trying to turn a dog into a human being.
Be careful - there's an awful lot of additives, preservatives, food fresheners that they don't have to list under the ingredients.
