People talking about how Levvi was dumb for not using his powers to cure himself or find a universe where he could fit in, or how he had it coming, but they are reading this story out of context. Levvi was not well, not that it forgives his actions, but after he stopped the twin's experiment meant to hurt Mark, it mutated Levvi and drove him into a megalomaniac rage where he thinks he wants revenge on Invincible. The man is incredibly smart but also incredibly sick. To put it into context, this is like if Spider-Man had no choice but to kill the Lizard, aka Dr. Connor. Dr. Connor was one of Peter Parker's closest adult friends, and it always (or if well written) should tear Peter up inside when he has to put the smackdown on Lizard because he knows his friend is in there and he's just very sick. Levvi is basically Invincible's version of Dr. Connor.

No killing no matter what is really creepy...most of the time. Your not supposed to care after what he did.
Edited: survive and be happy that you and yours survived. This is not the same situation as fighting someone in a boxing ring after they talked shit, he was going to slowly murder you ,you mother , and you baby brother and was in the process of doing just that breaking her arm on purpose.
It’s different for invincible since he is barely stronger than most of his opponents however superman who is the strongest in his universe has to put that rule in place since everyone is so much weaker than him so if you’re barely stronger than your opponents killing is fine but if you outscale them in every aspect then the line gets drawn
@@zeus-xk3px
I say if you're strong enough to save your and everyone else's family with no broken bones or bruises. Then sure you don't need to kill.
Who would guess that someone was going to trick super man to kill his own family.
For others though...they see these people kill by the thousands and even if it's not your family you should at least suggest that these people get acid bath or the electric chair...or what ever can kill them.
@@kharijordan6426 right it crosses a certain line where you just can’t let them go

Better this than waking people up in one in the morning. convenient to.
Tho there is a audible book for the Bible anyway...but that guy said slavery was ok until people changed it so not unless I'm making a show based on Christianity mythos.
well well well episode 8 of season 2 is named "I Thought You Were Stronger"
If I were mark d take that guy to Subway
Omniman style
That was a big chance to have Mark get a couple of tips from Batman! That would have been awesome
probably would have had to talk longer to the Marvel and DC reps over that. having Batman, Doc Oc, and Spidey in the comic, he probably had to get strict authorization to fit the characters in.
I think it would be funnier though if he got sent to J Jonah Jameson's office in the daily Bugle for marvel though and responded to J's demands with "in a moment dad"
granted, that joke only works nearly 2 decades later
@@F14thunderhawk theres a marvel team up comic that continues right where invincible went through the portal and explains why the webbing was on his back when he exited. pretty good read
This has always been my biggest problem with Mark, his holding back at times when he REALLY shouldn't. He held back in his fight with Omniman and got beaten almost to death, why would he hold back when his family is being threatened?
because omni man is his d a d
@@thedevstroyer9059 who showed no restraint even though he was fighting his son. Granted at the end he spared him, but only after royally trashing him to the point he was practically dead. No offense, but I think Mark needs to get a little more lethal in his approach with opponents, otherwise he's going to wind up dead, or worse someone he cares about is going to get killed
@@alphaandomega4422bruh, Even if mark put his all in the fight with omniman, all that would do is annoy his father, and make the beating worse lol.
The gap in power between them was insanely vast, that nothing mark did was going to matter in that fight.
This goes for all superheroes tbf, not specifically just Mark
HE WHAT MY NIGGA IS ALMOST 500 YEARS OLD MARK WAS BEING PEICED UP CAUSE MARK IS A UN EXPERIENCED 16 YEAR OLD
Always thought mark was weird for even letting people fuck with his family and yet holding back against them... But that's pretty much his whole theme so i wasn't really surprised when I saw this
He has always had anxiety and daddy issues with not wanting to be like his father
mark got to meet two of the greatest superheros and actually...I'm kind of jealous
Family and loved ones are out of limits.
Anyone hurts them there's gonna be hell of pain.
I hope they introduce Thragg in season 2. Even if its just for a couple minutes. Thragg is my favorite character. Hes like a more violent, relentless, confident Zod in terms of being a leader and doing whats best for his people.
Thragg has the benefit of being thousands of years old
Bruh fr, he's one of the biggest pos in the entire series. Mf has sex with an entire civilization and uses his offspring as meat shields in his final battle against Mark and the Viltrumites.
Best villain in the comic, he's cruel.
Not hapenning before at least season 3 or 4 I think
The fact This just happened today in animation form . Season 2 was pretty good
i cant wait for this to be animated to see how debie has a perfect haircut and make up, she isnt crying infact she fights back even with her broken leg
Connor.
BRODIE SPITTING FACTS🗣🗣🗣🔥🔥🔥🙏🙏🙏
Well a last clue that someone wasn’t very strong is your firsts are covered in remnants of their brain.
I like how this series sets up little dramatic beats that don’t pay off like you expect them to. This being one example, another being in episode 1x05 where Mark has his “heroic power up” moment against the hired villains-only to be immediately (and violently) interrupted by Battle Beast smashing his head into the floor, lol.
Next episode is titled this, can't wait to see it animated
going for the first boss after doing all secundary quest on any rpg be like.
I liked this story a lot thank you!!
This would be an amazing season 2 ending
Imagine having the balls to call Batman lazy lol. Superman hearing that from the watchtower and is probably busting a gut laughing
He was calling his name it but when you think about it most Dc names are pretty simple
Crazy man like somebody said it really is fucking awesome to see his character developed the way he does
I like how this mirrors what Nolan did to Mark in the earlier issues.
self defense or defense of your loved ones is not immoral
That thumbnail radiates goku meme energy
David Gogings Running Even through Invincible's panels
The reason why I love this, is because the more he taps into his Viltrumite Nature, the stronger he becomes.
And we get to see this animated next week
When I first read that part, I thought wow, that was quick
Lol people who only watched the animated series that came out recently are gonna watch this and get spoiled.

I didn't! Mark probably

He literally added insult to the injury
If I were on Mark's shoes, I'd think he's strong too making me hostage with that reality hopping ability

Just saw this happen
This shit hit hard when I first read it as a teenager
Lmao, he's one of the rare characters to jump to Marvel and DC in a single comic
