Careful when buying granulated sugar. Some brands filter through bone char. Yes, you read that correctly, bone char. Completely unnecessary.

made this cake just now and it was so good! i didn't have almond extract though so i doubled the vanilla o.o would also lessen the sugar a bit.. this would be my go-to funfetti cake now thank you!!~

You,said don’t over mix, but lm using gluten free flour blend like in your vanilla cupcakes recipe you said it’s okay to over mix and allow to sit 30 minutes, Is this the same steps or different?
