This is why I don't like white chocolate ganache,it's thick and glupy.
I use 110gms of just white chocolate with 5gms of chopped cocoa butter and 1/8th teaspoon of titanium dioxide. (Whitening powder)
Melt in the microwave and use straight away.
This recipe is from cupcake jemma and is enough to drip and cover an 8in cake.
The drips are beautiful, same consistency as dark chocolate and cream drips.
