I like samyang Hak buldak and devil of fire. But I have a bunch of shin red from costco. And mostly end up using the brown rice and millet ramen bricks with my own broths or sauces.
LOL, I'm a Maruchan kinda guy, then I doctor it with broth, veggies, meats/seafood, various extras to taste or whatever..

I think they are even making a Shin Green which is tofu? But these guys make THE BEST ramen and working as a line cook, when I come home after a long shift I am starving but most things just dont look good and I damn sure dont want to spend an exorbitant amount of time in my kitchen after a 10-hr shift. So I will prep and store my separate preferred toppings (I use broccoli/alfalfa sprouts, a savory roasted chicken pre-cooked from Kroger or Walmart, soft-boiled eggs that I marinate in LauGanMa Spicy chilli crisp oil, mushrooms, and frozen microwaveable corn.) Takes 5 minutes to make from start to finish, looks amazing and tastes even better! I had no idea that the Shin ramen was so highly regarded until a couple weeks ago when I got bored on my 2nd day off and decided to look into other peoples ramen topping suggestions on here and saw an endless amount of recipes and reviews dedicated to this particular brand. So awesome

LOOOOOOKCAAAAAAAAAAAATCHUUUUUUU!!!!! My favorite is the Shin Black. I think, for an almost instant noodle meal it has a real depth of flavor. I also like to add thin sliced raw beef to it. The boiling hot broth cooks the beef and it stays very tender and juicy. The addition of a ramen egg completes it. AND in the immortal words of Mr Food...It's OH SO GOOD!!! MKU!!! YOU'RE A FASHIONISTA!!! SOOOOOOOO FREAKING CUTE!

Now I don’t know if you have it but there is a ramen that is my favorite above all instant ramens by Nongshim called Tonkotsu. Comes in a pack of six at my local Costco. I wonder what you would think of that one?!

I lived in seoul when shin black came out 10 years ago, but i was a shin traditionalist so hadn't tried it til yesterday 😂 i thought it was similar tasting but not as spicy. Gold ... never heard of it til now!

This week I tried flow brand earthen pot silkworm pupa soup from South Korea
It has chitin (you say kitin) in it and I feel much stronger after eating insects
