let the juices flow! haha. Thanks. There's a nice wave seesaw and splice in this video at 29 minutes 32 seconds (should play at that point, if not skip in) that you might like - ruclips.net/video/gvv8RiWRf6M/видео.htmlsi=d30tVI1MYjHBPTUX&t=1772
Once in a while you stumble upon a patch that expands your modular mind. Your switch as a clock divider was one of these moments. Sometimes I feel like I could use an extra clock divider, but I'd probably only one use output, while I have a sequential switch (and plan to get one that's a dual 1 to 2 / 2 to 1, as the one I have it only 1 to 4 / 4 to 1). Thanks a lot for all your videos!
thanks I appreciate that and it's really nice to be able to offer some new ways of thinking for your patching. I love it when that happens to and the endless learning that a modular environment offers.
Jeez, I wish a had a fraction of your modular knowledge and understanding. I'm watching the video thinking how cool it all looks and sounds whilst struggling to understand what is going on, despite your very thorough and detailed overview. Some modules just baffle the fuck out of me! :-/
Please pretty please do a Harmonaig video, we need it! There is zero tutorial about it and the manual is not very clear. It would so cool to have even fast tuto as I know you do a lot of instru videos.
Ha Ha, "Kan modules have sleeves? : D !!! Sleeves sounds like a name for a Mutable Instruments module though. Another module from Instruo that in a brute and impolite way push other modules a bit further down on my wishlist. That 4 octave square wave! So that is how they make that sound : o !!! From 9:00 cats on the scope That delayed switching at the end sounded so good. A bit Blade Runner 2 maybe.
Hi Ben, can you briefly describe what you were doing with the 3rd and 7th chord at the beginning of the clip from a music theory perspective? I know it's a bit of leftfield question but it sounded very pleasant to my ears
Hello, I go through this patch at 03:09 for anyone curious ... So I have a sequence that is coming into the Instruo Harmonaig. This quantises the voltage to a scale, in this case a C natural minor scale. That defines my set of intervals and key. That module also then generates a root (the quantised input) plus a third, fifth and seventh on top of the root. These are all individual voltage outputs I can send to oscillators. In this case I sent the root and fifth to the oscillators. But sent the third and seventh into the switch so I could toggle between them. Then sending that switched/toggled version to the oscillator as well. This is like holding a chord on a keyboard but letting two notes alternate. For example. Cm7 chord, notes C Eb, G, Bb. Hold down C and G (the root and fifth) and then bounce between Eb and Bb. On the Harmonaig the intervals follow the music scale so thirds track whether would be a minor or major third and the sevenths do as well. The fifth will also be perfect or diminished as defined by the active notes set in the scale. I hope that's helpful.
we're just been silly multi grooves. I joked a few times that sponsored videos meant me asking for a Yacht in return. The Leeds Liverpool canal does has a pathway all along though I believe. Not gone on as far as Liverpool.

Christ at 19:20 you waveshaped the actual Thonk logo. Tain is so simple it’s genius
Ha! I knew that shape looked familiar...
that trimmer to set a reference voltage is absolutely brilliant
Yeah really amazing addition.

What a cracking little module! Any clever utility with performance functionality gets my vote. Thanks for another cool video
cheers
The most bespoke clock divider ever. ; ) But truly, informative and inspiring as ever, Thanks You.
thanks! Not the most obvious choice for clock divider but it's there if you want it.
Now Tain I can get into!

Can I get a hat wobble?
Came here to post this lol

happy to be of assistance.

Nice been looking for a good sequential switch to spice up my rack. Instruo vs ALM Busy Circuits Boss Bow Two- which one and why?
Cannot WAIT to get one of these
Detroit Bureau of Sound ... great name!
@@DivKid ha thanks :) It's authentic
Great video as always what brand are the cables ?
Luigis Modular Supply. He's packed up the business for a while luigismodularsupply.com
Great, thanks
Brilliant! What're those angled cables? Don't look like Tendrils to me.
They are made by Luigi's Modular, which is on hiatus for now but apparently the cables can be bought from a few places still: luigismodularsupply.com/
yeah exactly what Marcostocoast said.
@@DivKid @Marcostocoast awesome, thanks a bunch.
did they buy you the yacht?
I've stopped asking, no one wants to buy me one. Also can't get a yacht permit for the Leeds - Liverpool canal.
@@DivKid no but you can always park it outside your house and pretend.
