Nice video fellas. Ty. Stress magnetic dip stick, and also apply neo mag to bottom of oil reservoir during 30 hr breakin, minimum ... because there will be little metal chips. 10-40 W oil ... takes more than one quart fellas.
@@LittleJack-qe1ft yeah I know but, for those of us in the Southeast of the Republic of THE United States of America where triple digit temps are common, especially during power outtages, 40w makes the motor last longer. 30w is for cold Chinese temps LittleJack.
I have to disagree that no camper needs 9000 watts. This is exactly what I'll need. We will have a 33" travel trailer with 2 AC's. Even then I will not be able to run both I don't think. Unless I turn off all light and no microwave or TV. Just fridge and air.
I would never recommend a cover while running a generator. The owners manual will give you specifics on the amount of air space needed to operate. Thanks, Jared
Warning. My new predator 9500 won’t shut off gas when the combination switch is in off. No way to run it dry for storage except using up all the gas. New switch on the way. I asked for instructions. They said “no instructions, check youtube”. Checked and front panel needs to be partially disassembled to complete and item is apparently failing so often they are backordered. You have been warned.
@@christopherpbatty2138it has a AVR. The inverter is not a pure sign inverter. But square wave . I did but the 13000 . So far no issues with power. But if you have the money for this generator go for it. I unfortunately didn’t have the money.
@@projectswithjw I understand that. I am just baffled why it wouldnt come equiped for 50 amp service at this size. Gen max makes one thats slightly smaller that is 50 am service 120/240. After 5k, it just doesnt make sense not to include 50 amp service without parallel, unless your goal is to force people to purchase two generators and a kit, that ultimately they wouldnt use anything near full capacity
From what I have read this generator can output 63.3 amps in owners manual. You have to buy adapter cord that is twist lock 30 Amp to 50 Amp 4 Prong and plug into 120/240 outlet pulling 30 amps on each leg or by a pigtail splitter that plugs into both 20amp outlets. RUclips has videos on how to do this. @@projectswithjw
You can plug an adapter to use a 50 amp plug. A generator doesn't need to offer 50 amps of actual power to plug a 50 amp cord in. 50 amps at 240v is around 12000 watts. So, no, a smaller generator isn't putting out 50 amps anyway. You can buy a twist lock plug to nema 14-50 adapter for cheap.
Love work as sales manager at HF and have never understood this... now I do! Thanks
Stay warm guys! Thanks for the vid, looks like a nice unit…
Thanks guys just pick 1 up today in tx now I can set it up
This one is nice. I've got 3500 predator inverter but I'm waiting for tri fuel super quiet predator inverter.
Good vid and much appreciated. I just ordered mine moments ago.
By CU 👎
Just waiting for this in a dual fuel.
yeah
Me too. Coming in 2025. I am debating converting using a kit from an outfit in MI.
Do you guys have wood heaters you can use in your houses up there?

Manual says 30w

It is never a bad idea!

Does it recharge its battery while running?
What’s the best cover for this generator while it running?

Now Harbor Freight has the 13000 generator.
Wow that is getting crazy!
And it is tri-fueled too
But it’s not an inverter gen
It's just almost impossible to find, as it's never in stock.

Made in PRC
did you even put it under load?
Westfield? Are you guys in Massachusetts?
Hey! Nope, we are in Western New York! Enjoy The Ride, Jared
To night to buy
That is awesome! Thanks for watching! Enjoy The Ride, Jared
ow does this not have a 50 amp service?
It does not. You would have to buy a parallel kit and another generator to get a 50 amp connection

Fat fingered, it should read "both 30amp" outlets, not 20

I just bought the predator 13000 watt for 1200 bucks
Me too already ran it through a transfer switch. Ran great powered the whole house. No serges no fried appliances.
