To my surprise I had most ingredients and made this last night and tonight. I did indeed sleep well. I have not been sleeping good for several weeks. . Only thing I had a terrible nightmare just one. I don’t know if it was because I went into a deeper sleep that I dreamed but even with that it was well worth it

I am a bit worried. I am a vegetarian and eat everything healthy. I just had a check up and my triglycerides are 600. I have no idea why. Do you have any sugestions???????thanks....MINDY
Mindy De Britos I was able to lower my triglycerides by reducing consumption of wheat bread and introducing gluten free bread, oatmeal, etc....in my diet. I decreased use of sugar and cut back eating sweets and desserts. The book Dr William Davis MD Wheat Belly. I also exercise regularly. My numbers improved and I decreased to 150 so I do not have to take medication.
My triglycerides was 390 and it came to 190 in 6 Months , Switch to Qunioa and Add Avacodoes to your diet + Add handful of Pecan or Walnut everyday as an evening snack and do work out for 30 Mins Cardio atleast 4 times a week and see how they help
