I can do it easily with the right hand (dominant) going from the top and left reaching from the bottom. I can't do it the other way around. It feels like someone is twisting my arm (how I imagine it must feel) and it hurts in the shoulder/arm area :(
Same. Are you right handed? I think it has to do with when you write your shoulder is kind of in external rotation and failing to reach up in the back means you're lacking in internal rotation strength.
Physiotutors I write with my right hand but doing most activities with left one and I have restricted motion in the right than left...this indicates problem ?
My right arm (from the bottom) hurts a lot when I do it, I still can clasps onto each other (ie palm to palm contact). But right arm just really hurts when I do it.

I can put my arm behind my back, but can’t reach for the area shown in the video. My scapula pokes out my back as well. Do I have a frozen shoulder.

Our body is clever and adapts to activities. So unless you have pain or any complaints, the adaption is most probably functional!
