Any consideration for scapular stabilization performing special tests in supine??
For instance performing neers in supine might hold the scapula in neutral that would have been previously in anterior tilt. This could affect subacromial space and impingement symptoms being looked for

Not always uncommon to have slight asymmetrical shoulders. Take it into consideration with other symptoms.
