- Zack Snyder finally get's his real vision of his rebel moons
From Zack Snyder, the filmmaker behind 300, Man of Steel, and Army of the Dead, comes REBEL MOON, an epic science-fantasy event decades in the making.
When a peaceful colony on the edge of a galaxy finds itself threatened by the armies of a tyrannical ruling force, Kora (Sofia Boutella), a mysterious stranger living among the villagers, becomes their best hope for survival.
Tasked with finding trained fighters who will unite with her in making an impossible stand against the Mother World, Kora assembles a small band of warriors - outsiders, insurgents, peasants and orphans of war from different worlds who share a common need for redemption and revenge.
As the shadow of an entire Realm bears down on the unlikeliest of moons, a battle over the fate of a galaxy is waged, and in the process, a new army of heroes is formed.

That's great you enjoyed these 2 director cuts, after watching the PG-13 cuts. It is a bit weird how the Director's Cuts were not the final movie to begin with, considering they were made for streaming anyway. Would've made more sense for a cinema release, like Justice League, due to restrictions for movies at the cinema. I haven't watched the Rebel Moon movies, but after your review of the director cuts, I'll check out the director's versions of these.
These are the illest sci Fi movies I've ever seen, amongst the best of the best. Great story, lots of love shown to the other greats (did you notice that the Kali is in homage to HR Giger?) Absolutely EPIC
I fucking love you so much for doing this! You're awesome!
Hey Jacob I’d like to know your thoughts on Bertrand Bonello’s The beast . Especially the post credit scene blew my mind!
This film is 3h 24m😵
Is this like justice league where the directors cut or extended edition is better than the theatrical and does that make if rebel moon is actually good movie why is that?
I think this version is better than the og version. I think Rebel moon is okay but not my favorite or anything
WB plant
A few months ago, Austin Putnam reviewed “Rebel Moon Part 2: The Scargiver”, and like Part 1, he was disappointed by it. I said to him that I’m sure Zack Snyder will come up with something cool. This wasn’t it, and I’m not as big of a Zack Snyder as a lot of people are.
I'm in no hurry to see Rebel Moon Director's Cuts.
This movie was too long and boring but great review.
The Snyder cut of justice league sucked but then again so did the regular cut
