I Wasted $800 on RTX 3080 Waterblock Upgrade

- I just wanted to add a stupid waterblock on my 3080 and throw it in my loop. Instead everything went wrong and I spent 800 just to get my system up and running. It wasn't the 3080s fault that everything broke during the process, but they wouldn't have broken if I didn't do it. YAAAAY

i was wondering if you know why my rtx 2060 fans only go to a high of 84% even when temps go to 214F. ive tried many programs to fix, but cant seem to get it to go above 84% to cool gpu down. can u offer any advice?
