    I think this is the nicest looking truck in it's class. My company just got the 2018 model and I love it. I took it on a one day trip and it's a really nice truck. I love the 4 doors and the bold stance.

      Little did we know, 3yrs down the road in 2022 people would be paying $30k for a 2016-17 with over 100k miles on them / I just sold my 2019 4x4 work trim with 28,000 miles for $32,500

    Have had mine for 2 weeks now. LOVE it. my first pickup and I have already used it a few times to haul stuff from Lowes. It drives very nice. Some quirky things, but overall I LOVE it.

    how does remote start work? If you use it do you still need the key?

    • @KBCarsChevyChannel
      @KBCarsChevyChannel  6 лет назад

      Hi L3SAN360: Check out this video I recorded on how to remote start a Chevy...
      ruclips.net/video/E4vacV5P7Ns/видео.html
      You will still need to put the key in and turn it after remote starting in order to drive. Remote start allows the vehicle to warm up for 10 minutes at a time and after the second time requires you to get in and start the vehicle like normal.

      by the way, when do you think the 2019 models will be available?

    • @KBCarsChevyChannel
      @KBCarsChevyChannel  6 лет назад

      Thank you L3SAN360! Chevy jumped the gun on their 2019 leak and now have backed off on any more official details. Probably not until late summer early fall though. They did say that they're doing a 6 cylinder diesel engine and it's going to be a complete re-design. It's a bit long, but check out this video, LOTS of great details and thoughts on the new design!

      Ken Birdsall I have no idea. I bought one and noticed but couldn’t find anything on this either. I put it in manual for the first time but I didn’t try to rev it all the way up because i just got it lol

    • @KBCarsChevyChannel
      @KBCarsChevyChannel  6 лет назад +1

      Congrats on the new truck! I wouldn't rev it up too much this early. I believe it recommends at least 500 miles before trailering or going to crazy lol. Let me know if you find out anything on the redline deal :)

    • @JimmyMakingitwork
      @JimmyMakingitwork 6 лет назад +1

      Chevy = no RPM limit! Haha
      Maybe because the PCM limits engine speed and keeps it from over revving, no matter what the driver tries to make it do?

    • @daquanwalls5031
      @daquanwalls5031 6 лет назад +1

      Jim Myers that makes sense. If you put it into manual it won’t let you downshift at certain speeds either.

      You need to take a look at used 2011-2012 Colorados. They are $17,000-20,000. A base(stripped bare) 4 cylinder manual 2018 work truck colorado starts at $22,000 or so, plus tax, delivery, dealer fees, etc.
