Paul, I can't imagine how upsetting and disappointing the cancelation must have been for you ! I am a fan of all the ingredients you outline here and incorporate them into my diet along with Ginger and lemon. A very brave close-up in this video, I personally get the camera as far back as possible (lol)

Thank you for the good explanation. Twenty days ago I had a hip replacement, the first days it was hard, but now it's getting better. exercises should be done for the muscles around the hip. I wish you good health and a speedy recovery.

So frustrating for you Paul, I think this is pretty common at the moment but that doesn’t lessen the impact. I’ve got fingers and toes crossed for the new date and you’ll be on the Brompton before you know it. Good luck.

Best to wait. A buddy at work got his infected and they went in a second time. All turned out well but was a miserable experience for him.
