The progress is good, the tummy operation was more challenging than I thought it would be but nevertheless worth getting done... I am now spending lots more time in the workshop which is nice. Thanks for watching.

All is going very well, since making the video I rode a total of 30 miles on week one and should do 60 miles this week. The hip and tummy are not giving me any problems which is good. Thanks for watching.

All is progressing well but I am keen to get out on the bike but I am controlling myself at the moment... I seem to be able to ride the Turbo Trainers and Rollers okay which is good news. Thanks for watching.

After being discharged from hospital (post total hip replacement) back in early December-2022 I decided to venture out to the local supermarket on foot with one crutch. I stepped outside and put the crutch on the ground and it slide on the black ice. That was a pretty scary walk to the supermarket I can tell you!
