My car started misfiring on one cylinder and after my mechanic checked the coils, they were all good, but one of the bosch spark plugs with probably less than 10k miles on it was defective and replacing the plug fixed the car. (The plug ceramic was loose and spinning in the metal part)
These vbideos keep me thinking what I should do with my accord... nice upgrades!

flashing cel just means misfire in hondas. you can use a stethoscope to listen to the injectors, they should tick rhythmically, if you don't hear one clicking or clicking inconsistently then that injector is bad. if they all click try rebuilding them, wouldn't hurt with how old they are
great advice. luckily I got a full distributor if it ends up not being injectors. but will continue to troubleshoot
Flashing = catalyst damaging misfire
