Thanks. The Whey is most important extract from this process.
Whey has far more nutrients and in particular protein than the cheese.
I take a Tomato Powder. I add it to the Whey. I poured it into a glass jar. Then I drink it and use it as one would a vinaigrette salad dressing.
I am going to make some cheese now. You have some additional steps I must try.
