Omgosh, I had no idea that we can make our own heavy cream! Strangely enough, I was googling and googling to see if there was a way to do this as I needed heavy cream for making biscuit's, I was out of the cream, ...I didn't find Any information any where!! My auntie would use milk straight from her cow, so unfortunately this tainted her butter with a "pasture" fragrance, but I love her to this day !😊

They made everything so expensive you can't even do anything cheaper anymore. Cream is expensive now. Everything is. That's why they put the food prices up so nobody can do anything or prep anymore.

How do you store the butter? How long does it keep? What is the shelf life, expiry?

I think this method is easier than the way my grandmother used to make it, as I’m sitting here looking at the butter churn she used in 1925! 😂
