Every woman looks better without makeup. This is my opinion and I'm sticking to it. The key is always to love yourself first, then you won't need to concern yourself with the opinions of others. You are not ugly. You do not need to be "presentable" for anyone. Either them fools accept you as you are or fuck em. It takes time to gain this god like level of confidence, but once you get there my friends...the world is yours. We are all our own perfect, unique, sacks of flesh holding the god within. So in closing my friends do not allow the opinions of keyboard critics or others to make you feel negatively about yourself.

you are right: we don't have to be attractive, or pretty, or always put together. i also believe that there is beauty and ugliness in everybody. but personally i came to the conclusion that i can never be totally objective or at least fair about how i look: i've spent such a long time thinking i was the ugliest. now i've learnt to be kinder to myself and i've looked at pictures of when i felt ugly and couldn't see anything wrong, only the time i spent worrying about how i looked. sometimes i look in the mirror and i love everything about my face. other times i don't like anything and i wish i didn't own any mirrors. maybe we can learn to stop worrying about it.
That's it right there. Our imagination is the greatest culprit.

You train your brain to think what it wants regardless of what anyone thinks. It's conditioning. That's with anything you put your mind to and regardless of what anybody thinks. I think your beautiful and should stop talking about your appearance. Your doing a high stress job with unattainable standards. Embrace who you are, it's a reason haters and people like me watch. It's for the same reason.

Low self-esteem sucks huh. You have a sexy intelligent thing going for ya..but, try not to obsess about it, it helps me to give myself more attention to my psychical health. ( not physical appearance) That's a by product of psychical health. Exercise is good for mental health too. When you exercise concentrate on how it's making you healthier not sexier . It'll help get the need of sex appeal out of your mind. But, if you are consistent you'll notice the sex appeal. But try not to care. It's your health that is most important. Your worth isn't what you look like, but who you are as a person. Just a thought. Hope it helps. I'm writing as I watch, but yeah, I'm working on core exercises.
