Holy shoot boss man This worked. I reinstalled all my audio drivers, vcredist, dx software and the game and was about to reinstall my windows to fix this issue. But you saved me soo much time
no need to do any thing just follow below, 1. rename dlcpack folder which is availble in folder x64 like ( dlcpack123 ) 2. start the game and again it will show black infinite screen. 3. Alt + F4 and exit it 4. again rename DLC folder like before " dlcpacks " 5. again run the game by Launcher and it will run.

bro im stuck on a black screen whit the revolver chanber spinning in the corner, i actually changed the things of the audio, the screen and I activated the freescreen
THIS WORKED IN 2023!!! The 24bit, 44100hz didn’t work for me so I put 96000hz instead and it worked!!! Wow thank you so much. I tried every way possible except reinstalling my game and finally found the solution
Man!! how in the hell did you figure this out lol....! I use ifi Hip Dac with my laptop at 384k as well. After seeing this video and lowering the format, I too was able to play the game. Thank you !!!!

Gonna try this fix tomorrow, I'm using sonata hd at highest bit rate setting as well, reinstalling the game now as I've tried other technical methods that stil result on the stuck loading screen.. I'm gonna give u a thumbs up in advance 😁

I found my way of fixing it guys (on pc), i simply run benchmark test, if the benck mark test load, stop benchmark, and play the game, it works for me at least

Thank god i found this vid before reinstalling the whole game, changing the setting of my external DAC to 32bit/192khz makes the game playable again.

Buddy you’re a legend. It was just the control panel Audio 24bit 384000Hz causing the game not to launch. I reduced it and now it works
32 bitt 192000Hz is the max sounds quality the game will support!!! Thank you again!

I solved this problem by changing the graphics settings from Directx12 to Vulkan. My loads will be fast again.
