Ingredients for a tomato appetizer:
Tomatoes - 4 pcs. (500g)
Red onion - 2 pcs
Garlic - 3 cloves
Olive oil - 4 tbsp
Honey - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Hot pepper - a teaspoon
Salt - a teaspoon
Provencal herbs - a teaspoon
Put in the fridge for 1 hour.
Parsley optional
