- Eggplant - 1 piece
Tomato - 3 pieces
Mozzarella cheese - 300 g.
Garlic - 2 cloves
Salt - 1 flat teaspoon
Pepper - 0.5 tsp
Sweet pepper - 0.5 tsp
Provencal herbs - 1 tsp
Olive oil - 10 tbsp
Parsley optional
Bake for 15 minutes in the oven on top and bottom heating. Temperature 200 degrees C.
