Chicken fillet in a cream sauce with bacon and mushrooms

A simple and quick recipe for chicken fillet. This dish is wonderful. Chicken in such a sauce goes perfectly with potatoes or groats, pickled cucumber and a ready dinner set.

The ingredients for such a chicken are:
1 chicken fillet - about 250g / 300g
onion - 1 piece
sour cream 18% - 2 large spoons
water 100 ml
mushrooms 100 g.
smoked bacon 50 g
soy sauce 1 tbsp
salt and pepper to taste
oil and butter for frying
a handful of chives
