I feel like a barely functional adult because I had to search “how to cook a frozen burger” but here we all are. I’m in my 40s.
Like brah, do we season these or what. These are real life questions
@@robinw4354 I worked at a burger restaurant (obviously not as the cook) but I have a life changing tip that was passed to me by the other waitstaff… old bay seasoning + mayonaise+ ketchup. If you like pickles then definitely add pickles. It tastes *exactly* like a whopper or big mac. Old bay seasoning is the way to go.

Lmfao ahah same I'm about to be 27 close to 30 now 😅 ugh I feel you hun
This channel is going to help me so much as I learn how to cook the basics , doing God's work
Same 😂
God didnt teach people how to cook so he actually isnt doing gods work
Why did I assume it was more complicated than this Lmao thanks so much I’ve never cooked a burger in my entire life
labyu HAHA
I’m about to try this in bacon grease
Lol
did you cook them?
1:42 no oil added, nothing and still looks great 👍.
This is exactly what I needed to know! cooking from frozen is exactly what I want to do, so thank you. I’m going to do this in the morning with Trader Joe’s frozen organic Angus ground sirloin. A 1 pound beef patty!
im a mom of an autistic 3 year old, growing up i wasnt allowed in the kitchen and i did run off from home at a young age. i never really learned how to cook anything other than microwavable meals.. but your channel definitely helped me! 😭
Always have been scared of frying frozen burgers. Thanks for the video.
Worked really well. We've been dealing with meh, over cooked, dry and chewy burgers forever. Fresh made patties wouldn't be to bad, but the frozen ones... meh. Been trying this out for a couple weeks now and each time have have been good! So thanks!
The problem is you use poor people meat and methods.
@@MooMoo69556 Ahh. So, I should have some Kobe beef flown here, have our butcher grind it fresh, then have our personal chef cook it to perfection. I have been enlightened. Why doesn't everyone do it that way i mean it only makes sense.
@@Mandurath just b rich bro
Thank you for this!! I have been living on my own and feeding myself for only a year, and I’ve enjoyed gradually learning to cook things. Burgers from scratch are probably a stretch for now, but this… this I can do
To be fair I'm the wife that cooks it all well on my 40's lol. I feel like I search the same foods but cooked a different way! 🤣 I can't remember times and temps to save my life so I'm grateful for these short vids! 🤣🤣
Same!!! Idc how many times I cook chicken thighs in the air fryer. I look it up every time.
Got the same ones from Walmart and this is exactly the video I needed, thank you. I’m going to try to add a fried egg to my burger too.
My dad refused to make tue burgers himself and wont show me how to so im glad i managed to find a video thats shows me how. Herea hoping I made them right and don't get sick! 🙏
Thank you so much 😭 🙏🏻 I am a college student who is trying to get over my fear of using the stove / oven and I was able to accomplish that with this easy guide 😅
Woke up. Wanted burgers. Here I am. Thank you!
😂
The only reason I had to find this video and got my answers is whether we thaw the patty or just put the frozen one directly in the pan. Got the answer!
Isn’t this video amazin? THIS IS AMAZIN!!!!
Yum. Goodbye in n out, hello home cooked burgers for me :)
I love your channel you are the best !
You’re out here doing gods work
Someone get this person a spatula
your the best ever!
Im home alone never cooked sh in my life this is helpful
I'm here for the music and the sizzle.
Thanks! Nicely done!
my ma just shamed me 😥😥, now i know the right way to do it, thanks mate
They never reach temperature over 120 degrees inside for me. So it doesn't fully cook but gets burned and dried on the outside.
You got your heat too high then
This was really helpful, Ty!
good burgers and at 66 i finally put all 3 condiments mayo on both sides of the bun not to much one side a few nice shots ketchup and on the burger 3 nice dots of mustard one side and fried onions if you like and move over burger king
Thanks man
I'm here after I made a burger that is burnt from the outside and raw on the inside😂
Looking to see who says " damn that looks good
Perfect. We even have the same pan I think and an electric stove, if I fuck this up there is no hope for me lol
Do you not add salt and pepper?
Season it how you want.
I’ll give a better tip. Only flip once, cook on high heat. 4-5 min on each side
does that actually work?
@@huskymusk315 Try it
👍 more juicy that way. Don't touch them too much.
High temperatures is what number?
@@bodyboardingchronicles602 I run my electric stove above halfway and they get a nice charbroiled crust and still remain juicy inside. I use a lid and check them with a meat thermometer. Pull them when they're 160 degrees internal temp
Did you season them off camera
I would defrost your Patties if you have the chance and use some type of salt or garlic salt. Could add a little bit of butter on the buns or Patties 💪🏻 let’s get a part 2 update
The box or bag on the frozen patties say to cook frozen. Not to thaw.. and some brands already come seasoned
@@bobjoe1553 for some reason a pet peeve. It's as if the manufacturer is misleading you into cooking for the LEAST best results. Smh🤦
is it important to start with a spatulla and then use a fork, or can I use a spatulla for the whole cook?
After the first flip I season the patties, in the juice I grill fresh chopped onions and add a little bit of butter n garlic and baste while cooking. After about 10 mins of cooking I turn the heat off and add cheese, serve with a toasted bun and favorite condiments. The way this guy did it is very depressing, very sad man
Your technique is fine, but could use the slightest tweak to make it over the top. Like when you add the cheese, add the tiniest splash of water and cover it for a minute or two. Perfect cheese melt and the burger steams so it won't dry up as much
Listen… I’m here because.. mind ya business 😂😂
Ong 😂😂
Love being 20 not knowing if pan frying a burger is safe to eat 💀
That’s what I’m here I just moved out and don’t wanna make myself sick
@@caleblively6407 Also try using the oven. I make six at a time for 420 for about 20 mins then flip them for 5 mins. That gives me medium well in my oven. I eat one and toss the 5 in the freeze to be microwaved during the week.
i’m gonna be 20 next month lol here i am as well 😭
I’m glad I’m not the only 20 year old struggling 😂
Just turned 20 and I’m looking this up it’s all good guys😂
decent technique, so why no seasoning for flavor?
It's hard to season something that is completely frozen. If you have tips please share.
3 months and still no tips on how to season something completely frozen.
just add the S&P after you cook the patties
@@TranslatedAssumption could let them thaw out first idk or season as you cook em I’m learning too
When you do the first flip season it while the other frozen side is getting hot so the seasoning can go down
Do u need oil or no?
No way low heat press down and not frozen. They look great but if their to thick I just had pinkest garbage ever
What
When do you season the patties? Before the first flip?
Throw some seasoning on dat sh*t!
White people
i mean i dont think you can since the patty is already formed
It's hard to season something that is completely frozen. If you have tips please share.
@@TranslatedAssumption wtf, u serious? Just add season salt or regular salt/ black pepper/ garlic salt after you turn it. Smh
Hi am I suppose to put the frozen burgers directly on skillet or thaw them first??
I put the frozen burgers directly on the skillet in this video. I didn’t thaw them.
No
Let them defrost and believe ME they cook evenly and faster
No. You’re meant to throw them in the bin first.
@@LukeMacDaddy you're meant
Ok Mr perfect
@@LukeMacDaddy we have the same last name

No seasoning?? 😒

What does the title say?
So we don’t season food no more huh
Judging by the inside, I’ll try 10/10.5 minutes.
GOD bless
Mine hav alot of water comming out of it, probabily because of the ice build up. So it always end up being boiled instead.
I tried mine before seeing a video and I did 3 minutes . 1.5 m each side and then I'm like "I did this wrong" you can imagine my reaction to this guy leaving it on there for 12 minutes
Straight like that no seasoning
No oil needed correct?
Burgers already have fat in them that can act as oil
@@sinzarh Thank You for answering my question. 🙇
Cheer's, just wanted to make sure I weren't doing it wrong.
Jesus Christ is Lord & He's coming soon ❤️🙏🏻👑
No seasonings?
I don’t see “seasonings” in the title.
My frozen burgers, although at 5% fat always gives off those nasty brown fatty gel stuff. What the hell is this stuff? I try scraping it all off my burger but some always gets left behind. Why? 😅
Thanks!
Your not supposed to heat a non stick pan that has nothing in it though. That wrecks the coating and can make it chip off into your food.
Only if it exceeds a very high temperature: perfectly safe to heat a nonstick pan for a couple minutes to get it to cooking temp
@@BasketOfPuppies What's your definition of a high temperature?
@@allenbennett8735 > 450F - you can put a non-stick pan but with low or low / med heat. And those things will heat in under a minute! High does need protection.
your video made be additced to my own brugers 100% better than fast food
why does it show pre cooked frozen patties in the package but when they start cooking them they turn into non cooked frozen patties??
I bet you can cook the pre cooked ones just the same way.
Flipping with a fork :). I guess we don’t want em juicy
What about seasoning?
What about it
How long do I leave the burgers out to thaw?
Did you watch the video? They are frozen.
I ONLY WATCHED THIS TO MAKE SURE I DIDN'T NEED TO GREASE UP THE PAN BEFORE PUTTING THE PATTIES ON.
Don't u need oil or something???
The only reason I'm here is bc I'm hungry af but I'm too scared to use a oven or a grill
They look so dry…
why she break up the patties?
She's showing you that they're fully cooked inside.
You didnt season them,,,
If I wanted to read the directions, I prob wouldn't have watched a video.
I'm only hear cuz I don't want mine to shrink
No seasoning 🥺
no salt and dry af. definitely a casual
Plastic fork and frozen patties..you make me want to watch Duke's of Hazard
What number is medium
The stove heat terminologies can vary slightly depending on the manufacturer and model of the stove, but generally speaking, the following is a commonly used scale for stove heat settings:
- High: 9
- Medium-High: 7-8
- Medium: 5-6
- Medium-Low: 3-4
- Low: 1-2
Why does it look like sausage
When your wife leaves you this is where you end up ....😳shit just got real rofl
Oh, shit 😂, get a large air fryer. I can cook everything in one of those. By everything I mean, bacon and fries because I suck at cooking but I hear it's possible to do anything in one.
