I think alot of brown folks have never experienced true racism which does not matter because it is what they are programmed to believe. I learned later in life that the way my mind was programmed, if a white person had confrontation with me, it had to be because they were racist.

Agreed! As a white male, I grew up in the worst slums, homeless shelters, and housing projects in Houston. I suffered every type of abuse a child can go through. Routinely left alone for several days at a time at the age of 10 with 3 younger brothers and very little food besides the equivalent of a few pieces of stale bread and a can or two of Campbell’s soup. Beaten, neglected, told I was worthless, stupid, and that I “would never amount to anything” on a near daily basis. Ran away at 15, was adopted by another family, barely graduated high school because I was so far behind when I ran away. Joined the military at 18 and never looked back.
If there was white privilege being handed I must have missed it.
These young people today, especially college students are so arrogant. We would have never had such disrespect back in the day! Its just so sad what the world has become!

College should be about education, not doctrination. Problem solving requires objective thinking. Teaching kids to fairly look at both sides of a story before they make a decision is how you create a generation of intellectuals. Nobody can be an expert in anything with only half the story.
I'll give you an example of institutional racism, DEI and CRT.
This appears to be a generational issue. My daughter is 21, in college, working a full time job, is a youth leader highly involved with the church and still somehow managing to have a personal life. When she was 14-16 we had heated debates on these topics and she believed her points because it’s what is being taught to our children in school. Today we laugh about those arguments because she’s now living in the real world with real responsibilities and can see with her own eyes the opportunities minorities have she does not
I mean that girl was like barely 19 or something. Her brain isn't fully developed yet. You cannot rationalize with an irrational person.
And it's a shame, because you can metaphorically see the information going in one ear and out the other.
Her arms are crossed, she's got that "I'm a teenager and I know more than you" face on.

If you don't get to the root of the problem, you will only delay the problem and likely create more problems. Righteous people seek truth and won't stop seeking truth no matter how ugly or offensive things get. Someone who doesn't seek truth, but instead, just seek to silence words they don't like, is fighting and endless battle. The easiest thing to do is lean back and accuse random people or things and make excuses, looking inward takes courage and fortitude to hear offensive speech. Just trying to silence speech helps nobody and only divides people into an us against them attitude, it's pointless.
The root problem is people do not place truth above everything including feelings and appearance.

Eventually I realized that I didn’t agree with the Democrat party. I mourned that I would be thought of as brainwashed and stupid. It is hard. I am not vocal about it but my existence is a problem. I was told not to come to a funeral. I was also the only family member not invited to two weddings. At this point, I’m walking away.
