I definitely think that a big factor in the power difference you experienced is down to you getting better at the game. You definitely seem to be utilising the rogues' strengths way more in this act than earlier and playing much better overall. The full cleric party is *probably* stronger end-game, though. It was really fun to see Don grow into his villain role as well!
I think a ranger would be easier in the earlier game. You play rogues like rangers in the start to keep them away from combat anyway, so rangers would be easier I think.
@@thejury94 honestly with ranger you can have a tank since they can get heavy armor proficiency and have a Protection fighting style giving more ac+a shield. A dual wielder with two weapon fighting. The tank could be a beast master, dual could be a hunter and an archer could go with gloomstalker. And the fourth member could be whatever you please. Wyll would be fun in the party cause in the epilogue, he basically becomes a ranger after losing his powers.

That's the whole reason I do these runs, to get better at the classes, because you can't lean on a rank to carry fights if there isn't one haha
I hope we'll get more of these class only builds. Druid and wizard are builds I hope to witness.
I really want to do them, I'm just so burnt out of Baldus gate for now haha. Wizards will be on the cards one day
@@thejury94 that's understandable. Just take your time and enjoy other things and games. You can always come back to BG3 when you're feeling up to it.
Christ bless you, i dont think I'll take the bad ending but thanks for showing me
Good job! Very impressive run!
Damn, this is impressive!
Thank you ❤️
I have been contemplating an all rogue party, using some monk and ranger multiclassing.
Just go straight rogue, no multi classing, you won't regret it 😅
Keep that save, apparently next patch will add an evil ending!
I wondeer how this would compare to ranger since you also said it was one of the weaker classes.
Ranger being one of the best classes in the game:

@@MultiZernez oh totally agree. I'm a huge ranger fan. My fave combo is ranger/bard. I think it's fun and reminds me of a character from a book.

I mean considering Gloom stalker Assassin is the strongest solo build in the entire game , it wouldn't be hard.
very nice
Thank You :)
