For me, starting something new requires me being at the right mental state, it boosts my start with motivation and better ideas that comes along with higher interest. If i force myself to start something when i dont feel like it I will face burnout before even doing it too. Because of this, I think its ok to procrastinate and looking at similar ideas for inspiration helps me get into that right mental state too - I usually dont rush through this part and take the time to understand how i want to execute my ideas through this step.
