Conversely, since derivatives of English Common law and property rights are staples of European and Western culture and societies, like the United States federal laws regarding sovereignty, it’s demonstrable that those breaking that law to enter are illegal in entering a foreign country to them.

These aren't established homeowners and renters. They're not even vetted. Highly likely most don't speak English. They do not have fanily or friends in the area. They don't even know where they are, exactly, especially coming in under the cloak of darkness. You owe it to the citizens at least during their sleeping hours that you've turned out a hoard of destitute, desperate, possibly diseased individuals, likely with one or more criminals among them, again under the cloak of night, scoping out the residential areas as the residents sleep. That is ( Staten island) a very large Republican enclave...Very low crime area, mostly 2 parents families, not a rainbow area..Trump signs everywhere, they are being ignored....but that's the problem of living in N.Y state.
I'm an American. My x-husband at the time put me in danger with my 2 year old son. There was no room at the domestic violence shelter; there are only 2 per county in almost every state in the U.S., I learned. We didn't have money to pull my tooth; it got infected. We couldn't afford antibiotics. I stole milk for my son; the food pantry had none. I was caught and they took it and over time I paid $50 for that. That was in 2006; it became worse. Homeless veterans, domestic violence victims, mentally ill, etc., Americans are everywhere. There were 3 illegal US boarder crossers who had ebola in WA in 2021. In a family children need boundaries, right? Well, so do countries. There needs to be an orderly, safe, immigration system. The first problem is the term "undocumented migrant." Words set boundaries. Children hear the word, "no, " not "pending wanted behavior." My grandparents were victims of Stalin. I know the trauma of fleeing another country. A sibling starved to death on the boat. One was turned away from America because there were 10 children and there was an immigration limit. My grandparents were impoverished in the US for years. They were cold and hungry; that was a long time ago. I'm a senior now. I worry about social security. Sanctuary cities must end. An orderly immigration isn't easy, but it's healthier for everyone. I pray everyone is safe, and those women and children who made it here are cared for, and senior and disabled men. Strong, young, able bodied men can make it outside the U.S. easier; we need to protect the weak.
Until the sanctuary city law in rescinded, Adams has two options. Have NYPD officers posted at all bridges and tunnels to stop buses before they come in, which is almost impossible considering the sheer shout of buses they come into NYC or excoriate and shame the City Council who out the sanctuary city law on place in 2014. The NYPD can’t even call ICE to deport migrants who have broken the law. It’s frigging insane.
He also has another option: he can call Gov Abbott and they can collab.

A curfew is actually a very good idea. Our community homes have a 10pm to 6am Curfew. There not legal citizens yet and don’t have identification. Plus they all need to be immunized. This situation across America is just sad for everyone. Everyone is affected by this invasion, including the illegal migrants. This all should have never happened and was was avoidable. Politicians have forgotten they work for the citizens. 🇺🇸
Concerning curfew , there are curfews in all City Public Shelters plus certain shelter rules. A braking of these rules risking loss of bed. I am tired of calling this a “migrant crises “ , these people are in the Country and are being transported by the Federal Government.What we have here is a political oversight crises that has destroyed our historic immigration policy.

I had a house fire and was left with no choice to go into a shelter. We had curfews and if I had to leave between curfew hours I needed documentation from my employers and had to be approved. Illegal immigrate are no exception to the rule
Can anyone tell me why is it that the mexicans have been coming for decades with no papers and they got straight to work? They never asked for hand outs or layed on the streets of new york waiting for free housing. That and they had to pay for lawyers to even obtain citizenship. I have also worked alongside these migrants and they are so lazy and could care less about quality. One guy killed his gf and i have his name. So you dont think im just spewing nonsense. Also why is it that for years we have been asking to help the homeless and those in need and we never had resources for our people but now all of a sudden we have free housing available??? My father ran a homeless shelter from 1960 until 1990. This is not why that law was created. It was because the city didn't provide enough shelters for the homeless men they were sleeping in the street
Not only that, but did you guys see the video of the migrants trying to steal those people's bikes, and then they start attacking the people that own the bikes. And then when the cops got involved, they tried to turn around like the other people were attacking them. Ridiculous, fake tears and all.

Do not give them Visa's. All of them have to apply for a visa from their country of origin. That's the law and not something that is done at the border either.

I don’t know why. Two of the most expensive places to live in the States. Why go from on struggle to a next? Plus the winters are brutal. I hope they realize that. I love both cities, but if I were in their shoes I wouldn’t choose either one, unless I had family there.
