I really hope they don't end up on TV. Firstly because I don't live in the US, so I would have to pirate it. Secondly, like they described themselves, a TV show isn't just a couple of people and a video guy. Theres gonna be tons of people producing it, planning and acting. Wouldn't be the same
Cable networks wouldn't know a good show if it bit them in the ass. Just saying. As much as I love this show and would want to watch a new episode every week, I like it the way it is. It's not fake, has great fun elements to it, and gives me something to really look forward to watching once a month.
Hope you realise just how exotic your worlds look to us in the UK. Rusty v8s, sunshine, hardly any police (or so it looks), harbour freight, open roads. Heaven?

My friend asked what was wrong today, and I said that one of my friends dogs had passed. She asked her name and I said "The Dog... or Bika... whichever you prefer..." And we talked a lot about her. Rest in peace Bika, you will be missed.

We need more of Q&A's like this one, on the road, I find the one that they usually add to the end of the Hot Rod Garage episodes awesome, but they could intercalate both formats!

I love how at 5:11ish Finnegan says the most fun vehicle he's every driven is the tank and about 3-5 seconds later there is a Prius out the side window.

Just in case you guys actually mean it, I wanna see the draguar finished too!! When I saw the update with the motor on the dyno I was so excited! Even if its just a quick clip of it, doesn't need to be a whole episode.

I'd love the draguar again as long as you find something cool to do with it, same for the el camino. As for Mike's '55 Chevy, just getting it completed is a roadkill of its own.

Great show. Keep it on RUclips one of the few times I can sit and watch two guys talk for an extended period of time.
Being able to hear their thoughts in depth gives me hindsight into previously watched episodes, many times also answering questions I had thought of when I saw the same episode, and it's a huge bonus without having to "stage everything for a production crew's satisfaction" such as lighting, make up, and various back ground scenes and interferences that we get in these clips.
I, for one, have sat and watched these extras back to back with just as much enjoyment if not more so, than when watching it on Motor Trend.

When these guys get to the UK they should go on Top Gear and do the "Star in a Reasonably Priced Car". Heck, there's enough material for a Top Gear/ Roadkill Special! I would pay good $$ to see that.

first car i hated to get rid of was a 78 fairmont wagon with a 302 v8 c4 auto headers mild built that thing was a sleeper from hell, when i was done with it i switched from 2.73 gears to 3.73 and the rear end was about ready to fall out from doing burnouts and hard launches so i had to get rid of it
Duane Hallgren my mom's fairmont wagon gave life to my mustang amazing how many parts transfered
