    Could this be in any way manufactured with sheet metal flat patterns?

      Hi, Joey. I think that to make sheet metal flat pattern of such helmet in a Solid Works will be very problematic.

    That's an Italian Morion from the Renaissance period, it is neither medieval nor Spanish.
