Devil's advocate rn, but I actually like Ramsay Bolton, yea he was a sidistic fucker who loved torture a lil to much, but the Bolton family was known for flaying their enemies and torturing the rest of them. So I guess he fit in
My favorite thing about this dying art is that you can almost learn it without having to say a word. I feel like I've learned so much from this video even though he's been silent the whole time.
I brought the old video about armet to a new channel. It is loaded on the main channel, but in four parts. Here he is in one episode without voice and music. Pure work.
I thought my volume was low. I went to increase the audio and found it was all the way up. I don't even wanna imagine how loud it must have been for this guy
Great work on this helm! Minor bit of pedantry, this is a close helm and not an armet. The pedantry comes from armets opening outwards at the cheeks, close helms open as the one in the video. I know old video, but felt I had to mention it.
You do very fine work, i would like to see how you made all your anvils and mandrels. Most of them look to be homemade and as high quality as your armor. Thanks for the fine video.
I respect people whom can work metal, my family comes from England and were metal workers. Thomas Colley a direct ancestor to me was a worker in the Iron Foundry near Wales. He was a 7 foot tall Giant who killed a man with one punch fled to Germany and then came to America in which my Colley family roots took hold. The love of Metal work lives on in almost all of us Colley Descendants.
How do you deal with the rust. I mean while you are forging the armor thats fine but afterwards, like after vew months it should start getting rusty, isnt?
I would like to see that helmet tested on with a mace or club. Very beautiful helmet but the steel seemed pretty cold for a lot of the process. I would want to see if the metal cracks.
My man hittin' that steel like it's Ramsay Bolton.
I like you profile.
I love their faces when they see hes not dead
🤣👍

Hitting the steel like he caught it screwing his wife!

You put the fear of god into that steel

Much gratitude for watching this today, a complete build, wonderfully captured. I must watch many times. Thank you.
I don't know why, but you really wailing on that metal woke up some deep seated terror. I think it might have been some nightmare I had as a child.
Great Video.
Thanks!!!
Unbelievably awesome! The talent you possess and skills to create your vision just awesome!!
Superb craftsmanship, amazing Iam a retired engineer in my 70s in Cornwall UK, and this has inspired me to give it a go.👍👏
The way things are going these days we will all be needing this kind of stuff pretty soon
Magical work! Bringing history back to life!
you gave away your biggest secret with the "baby" hits
I thought my volume was low. I went to increase the audio and found it was all the way up.
I don't even wanna imagine how loud it must have been for this guy
I mean. He’s wearing that headset thing in order to not hear the loud bang
Wow, amazing work. If I was a king in the middle ages I would capture you so you can make armor for my men😁
You and skallgrim = amazing things
ARMOR HAS ALWAYS BEEN A FAscination of mine thank you for this vid!
This looks awesome! I should try forging so I can make nightmare's armor from soul calibur
Me to but different
That will take a lot of work
Which Soul Calibur?
@@regular_mason8082 i forgot but it was either soul calibur 1 or 6

Great armouring video!
The small child cameo!!😄😄😄
Also, cool faussart/2 handed falchion/chopper thing on the wall. One of my favorite weapons.
Agreed.
I love the tempering demonstration.
I just have to say your a true master of art
As a new armoured combatant this is gold thank you for this gem
Great work!!!
And nice idea with the test plate for the Quenching!
Awesome and incredible skill. I will bet that it took a lot of years to master that process.
ive been watching a man beat the shit out of steel for like 15 min, this is dope.
So cool to watch a master craftsman at work.
Great work on this helm!

Man, you just gave me a purpose in life.
What are the tools you use called? Do you have a video on what tools you like to use and for what
Beautiful work! Video just needs some Metal music and we could watch this at the office all day!
my man having hulk arm for right one and spiderman one for the left ! respect
I love this medieval knight armor compilation. Thank you.
Really cool process. Thanks for taking us along 👍.
It bears a strong resemblance to Friedrich Kürfurst Von der Pfalz's great bacinet.
I love it.
this is actually the way black smiths back in the day learned how to make armor, they would watch this video
Awesome work.
Also I want that Quetzalcoatl shirt
Incredible. Bravo sir. Bravo.
This seems like it's really fun.
So.....beautiful..🥺
Thanks!
This video taught me how to make latches
awesome, i'm going to make a gauntlet now.
A 1 BRO, Very nice work.
Pure, unrefined, testosterone.
Beautiful work sir!

Great skill thanks for posting
I eventually realized why full plate armor was as expensive as single war horse at the moment.

Anyone else fall asleep and wake up to this
Thats awesome, dut do you know how they made those with out welding or grinders ? It amazes me that that could be done without those tools.
They didn't make them like this, the main part of the helmet was made in one piece using a method called raising.
That's extremely cool.
This looks so good! I'm hoping to draw up templates for my own armet, do you know where I can find something to reference?
Wonderful job!

Wow! Great work and a great video as well. Instant sub.
I need to invest in some tools like this guy has...
I would PAY this man to make me a full armor set tbh
How many cash it all Armour. Its heavy job.
An art to preserve.
how would they have joined two halves like that before torch welding? rivets?
man i wish i could swing a hammer that fast
That metal owed him money or something
This is pretty neat.
Holy shit I can’t even imagine how the medieval people made armors at that time. I love your works man. Thank you for the video
how long did it take?
Great ! Thank you !
Very cool
Sehr gute Arbeit Respekt !!
I learn a lot from you
how were these made without modern welding tools? Did they rivet them together at the top or was that made out of one piece?
Fantastic craftsmanship...perhaps make a helmet using NO modern tools apart from those used in period?
Is that mild steel? I'm surprised cold hammering it like that works and didn't split the metal. The stuff is a lot more malleable than I expected.
How would they have attached the two halves without welding?
Do you make a paper model of it first so you know where to hit?
12:41 Just leaving this time stamp here to show someone what a massive difference tempering makes.
Dude!!! I seriously ❤ your videos!!! Makes me wanna swing a hammer BAD!!!
What gauge steel are you using and im curious on the tooling like the round anvil like inserts for the vise. Love the videos and stay safe
Geniale Arbeit.
When you want forge at 5 but go to your daughters birthday party at 6
3:00
They didn't have welders in them days how did they join the pieces together . ??
Holy hammer swing!
Man, this guy gives Barry Allen a run for his money with that speed of hammering
Ein Meisterwerk 👍👍👍
As one tin basher to another, I salute you.
Would they make it all from one piece or did they use to have a way to weld to together like to have done?
How do you deal with the rust. I mean while you are forging the armor thats fine but afterwards, like after vew months it should start getting rusty, isnt?
I would like to see that helmet tested on with a mace or club. Very beautiful helmet but the steel seemed pretty cold for a lot of the process. I would want to see if the metal cracks.
I was wondering why you were doing so much cold forging at first, then you used the blowtorch. It's a lot easier that way lol XD
do you put any leather or anything inside to make it more comfortable or like a chin strap or something? Can you show us how you do that
How did they make the without welding machines in the Medieval Period
I should get some sleep, also me watching this at 3 am
You’re so awesome!

Good work.
It always dismays me to see the thumbs down votes on video with such great content. May they reap what the sow!
What technology are you using that wasn't available in ancient times?
Do you have a store I could look at your work?
Nice work
