But I've heard so many things, Dr Eric berg says to only eat red meat when you feel like this. And to not eat fibre or take vegetables. Especially NO avacado.

I had IBS-C for decades. Finally my doctor suggested taking a high dose of magnesium daily-specifically, magnesium oxide, between 1 and 1.5 grams. It worked. Finding the exact dosage sweet spot took some experimentation, but I rarely have issues anymore. To this day it boggles my mind that the solution to this horrible, chronic problem was a simple, cheap, over-the-counter supplement available everywhere.
Food has been digesting too slowly for me this past couple weeks, so thanks for the reminder about apple cider vinegar, I stopped using it some time ago. I remember how it helped keep me regular, and a tbsp of good quality virgin olive oil before bedtime helped, too. I might add that about an ounce of 'real' lemon juice is a good chaser to help eliminate the bad taste of the vinegar and lemon juice helps with digestion, too. I'm starting up the routine again. Sounds like you have parasites. Go see a herbalists and get a parasite cleanse and heavy detox. In 3 months you will back to normal. Do your research and thank me later.
Sometimes the problem is too much fibre rather than not enough. I solved my constipation problem by reducing fibre and increasing the level of my stomach acid with apple cider vinegar and a little betaine HCL. A digestive enzyme blend may also help.
I find doing the following helps me. When sitting on the toilet I move my rib cage from side to side rapidly as when I'm releasing stools, and it seems more to follow,

something has to be causing the constipation so make sure you check and make sure your meds dont cause a dryness in the mouth. A constant flow of saliva in the mouth is proper for good digestion or constipation, it's all we need so it might just be we have to keep it flowing epecially after these meds, the drying effect that happens after taking them means you need some gut-acid or saliva production,.. or both . acid- forming foods or digestive teas and enzymes and probiotics also might be needed. Generally not advisable if you already have high blood pressure since salt tend increase the water retention which increases the blood pressure.
Don't add salt just simply water

Coffee or coffee enemas are supposed to soften bile. Good quality coffee is a good laxative. Just have to make sure one drink mineralised water also.
Enemas may help, just always be sure to take electrolytes when doing this to be safe. 💚

I find doing the following helps me.

I move my rib cage from side to side rapidly as when I'm releasing stools, and it seems more to follow,

something has to be causing the constipation so make sure you check and make sure your meds dont cause a dryness in the mouth. A constant flow of saliva in the mouth is proper for good digestion or constipation, it's all we need so it might just be we have to keep it flowing epecially after these meds, the drying effect that happens after taking them means you need some gut-acid or saliva production,.. or both .
acid- forming foods or digestive teas and enzymes and probiotics also might be needed. Ginger powder and lemon/lime drops is great and affordable, ginger-lemon tea, juices, fennel, mint.

I was really bad for many yrs until I looked at my diet to decover the diet that irish eat was all constipated foods potatoes And meat not the Mediterranean diet I found mh answer no meat.. fish chicken lots of veg meals no bread ie wheat products lots water omega 3 foods ..

Always eat diveresed variety of ingredients, avoid sugar, wheat, yeast, cigarettes and alcohol.
Favor boiled vegetables and lean unprocessed meats.

My medicine plugs me up I've never had this problem i try lots of things stoll softners, water, ive been eating more fruit, oatmeal, now pruns ill try the olive oil i have Afib im on blood thinners and two different blood pressure meds. One to keep it down because the other eant to go faster . Those are what are doing it next time i ho to my dr. I'll check with him on it , because I hate it...
