There’s a food truck that used to open up at night in DTLA at a mechanic shop in a large empty lot and they would bring out a grill to cook carne asada on for tacos. Probably some of the best tacos I’ve had in my life!
Hi friend,I'm from Mexico City,the capital of tacos,, if you really want to know about tacos, when you pour the sauce on the taco, each sauce is made for each meat, like cabeza goes with green sauce, al pastor goes with the guacamole,and so on, and when you eat a taco you eat in 2 bites, never 1 bite, next time try it like that and you will taste a THE TACO 😉
Next time in Vegas check out Dos Los Amigos off charelston. It's sit down but they have a excellent crispy birria taco. I posted a video of it. Super nice manager named Ernesto, tell him Matt Sent you and that you have a big following

After living in Mexicali for one year I can never buy tacos in LA. LA tacos are just mini tacos after two bites they are gone. Whereas Sonora style tacos I can't eat more than two tacos because they are humongous.
