I’ve seen all types of bloggers take $ for their reviews. For some businesses is cheaper than a radio ad or tv commercial. The people I’ve come into contact with really do endorse the food they like and rarely cover food they don’t. Why would anyone want to hear about bad food? I guess at the end of the day it’s neat to hear about some mom and pop shops you would have never heard about otherwise. That’s why I personally follow dozens of food bloggers on IG and YT. I hopefully would love to to have the chance to cover more food bloggers. I always enjoy the culture and their perspective they bring to the table. Thanks for watching ❤️
@@Advenchas well said. But in early food reviews back when there was a dedicated food reporter. You would see it. They wouldn’t bash the less than desirable restaurants. But they would not glow about them either. And salaries were paid by the press they worked for. Times have changed we all get it. But again. All you see is the praising. And I’ve been to a couple of places that had seen on here. And TBH, they were ok. Hence the reason for me commenting about it. Not everything “reviewed “ is as good as it’s made out to be.
Unfortunately his reviews are not to the point of the flavor and how good they are. he overhypes a lot of the food I've been to some of the ones he's recommended and it's nothing like how he puts it in his channel, so now I really don't see his channel and they might be some places that are good. But for his bad and over exaggerated reviews I stop going to those places he recommended. Plus I can't stand the way he chews
