Thank goodness for this water being available to pretreat fabric has come about! The maytag set my mother used until she passed away 5 years ago was one of the last washers to fill while the lid was up. They all used to fill this way, allowing for all kinds of prewash activities, as well as using them to dye fabric at home and all kinds of crafty things. Apparently there were idiots who could not figure out how to keep from drowning in the washer, or putting their hands inside of it while it is spinning. I think it's kind of funny that this "new" option has been discovered by Samsung when women my age have mourned the loss of this feature years ago when everyone "improved" their machines in the name of safety. To me it has felt a bit like having to deal with a kid who's allergic to peanuts, except in your own home, everyday for years. And also the kid who's allergic to peanuts isn't allergic because he's an idiot. Safety measures feel a bit like the idea flushing the toilet 5 times somehow saves water, or that buying items made from "vegan leather" to save animals, while simultaneously protesting the use of petroleum (which is what vegan leather is made from). Have we all become so unable to think in a rational manner? HA HA or LOL! I guess maybe we have! However, I think I'm not alone in the idea that sometimes you are just too stupid to draw breath, or in the event your kids are being allowed to drown in the washer and are dumb enough to do so, maybe this is natural selection at work and we should take a passive attitude and let nature take it's natural course. All this being said; I'm very glad to see these ideas being "discovered" and the wash board in the little interior sink is a return to another great idea, also being "discovered". : ) America!!!

100% correct! Engineers, who have probably never done any appreciable amount of laundry in their lives, have WRECKED washing machines. The “high efficiency” aspect of “new-and-improved” machines means too little water used, resulting in sour, foul-smelling dirty clothes. There’s a reason that all the fabric softeners are cloyingly sweet and massively perfumed now. They have had to spike the level of perfume of the softeners to compensate for the fact that the God awful “high-efficiency“ washing machines don’t use enough water. I guess these engineers think we’re too stupid to determine our own water levels, in addition to locking us out all the machines while they are filling.

Samsung should stick to TV's, their washers and dryers their washer and dryers are terrible they are VERY SLOW they use VERY MUCH energy and are not efficient at all, stay away from their washers and dryers you'll be glad you did.
Should the water level barely cover the top of the clothes? I understand it’s more efficient based on what I had but want to make sure there’s enough water. Thanks!
I have this exact dryer in (white) and to tell you the truth im so confused about it. It does NOT dry our clothes, from regular load to even towels. Ive tried different settings and still just doesn't dry im actually very disappointed it in. Just curious am i missing something 🤣
One thing all home owners need to understand is. if the machine is getting used at least 5 times a week. it's washing almost 240 loads a year. Now your dryer is 3 years old. that's 720 cycles. it's not designed for that. it's not a commercial dryer. Dryer manufactures are thinking it's only going to be used 1-3 x a week. Here's the other factor that most home owners don't know. Carbon monoxide goes out the dryer vent. if it get plugged.. The carbon monoxide will come back in the house through the dryer, It needs to escape out the dryer vent to outside. If you have any white flex piping .. Replace it. it's not safe and can melt. if the dryer is drying more than 5-8 loads a week have real dryer service person clean it out. the whole vent and the vent inside the dyer and the lint trap and inside the dryer. that's where most fires start. because if backed up the lint has no where to go.
I was excited about the capacity and unbelievable price of Samsung washer and dryer set but after receiving mine yesterday the dryer turned out to be defective. ( won't come on). I decided to do some digging and found multiple reviews on just how bad Samsung is. Everything from clothes not being washed properly to rust. I'm considering returning both appliances but I'm not sure what to do because there are many mixed reviews. #paininthebutt#isitworthit
If your kid is tall enough to open one of these new machines that practically come up to our clavicles, they are big enough to do their own laundry, lmao. If I buy this, however, I'm definitely going to utilize the security alarm. I want to make sure that if someone breaks in to steal my wet tshirts (that have holes in them) I'll be fully prepared to run in there and be like, HEY! LEAVE MY CLOTHES ALONE! The alarm beeping, plus my yelling, will scare them off, I hope.
I just received my new Samsung washer & Dryer. I'm 75 yrs old & have a LOT of experience washing clothes! In my opinion both appliances are JUNK! The quality of appliances is just terrible. My last washer had a stainless steel drum & it was heavy ,solid stainless. This new washer the sides of the drum look like very thin rolled out stainless. Reminds me of heavy aluminum foil! The dryer is coated grey inside. Don't know what the material is. I'm 5'2" & cannot reach the bottom of the washer to grab the clothes! Never had this problem in 55 Years! I ran the dryer for 1hr 20 mins for a med load & everything was still damp! (It was set for very dry & heavy load.) I sent an Email to corporate & will return these appliances. As long as people keep accepting inferior merchandise "that's what they will continue to get." A washer & dryer used to last 20 yrs & more. Now it's all about money. They make it as cheap as they can. If more people complained & sent things back they would have to make better merchandise.
Hello on your Samsung washer, are there 4 different water levels? If so could you explain how to use them, I have the same washer, but it's white, but the water level is very low, and the deep wash gives out too much water, thanks so much for your time,
I just purchased this and did my first load and I don’t know what is wrong with it. I did the normal marsh and it’s been going for five hours now. The time keeps going down and then back up. I think mines defective
just installed this washer today and I am really immediately dissatisfied. This is a paid review. My God he is in the same laundry room as this woman. And it wont let me post the link.
It’s probably not defective. It isn’t able to balance. I have found that I cannot wash a number of articles of different weights together. When I washed a fleece throw with bed linens, the machine would run forever. Once I removed the fleece throw, it balance, spun and worked beautifully. I spun the fleece throw separately and it also balanced and spun beautifully. That’s been my experience and how to work around the running forever issue. Maybe there are other corrections to this issue also, but it worked for me.
I am not sure if that one works like my families washer but they have a whirlpool style and you had to make sure the clothes did not block or cover the part that spins in the middle. So, you had to push the clothes to the side of the wall to make sure it was balanced.
@Mercy I just recently got the same setup and i have not had any issues with mine and i have slammed a lot of clothes inside and it washes them just fine.
Your old dryer had a moisture sensor in it too and on the inside its just like the old one, same parts same drum everything is the same. So if the drum felt is going fall apart and if back support panel is going to fall apart, you know who to blame on for buying it again.
Everyone with these new fancy machines that have fancy lights and music chimes and such. These all have EXPENSIVE circuit boards inside to run all those USELESS features. Get a GOOD surge suppressor slash power strip. This includes THIS washer, refrigerators and so on. I bought a $3,000 Samsung refrigerator that now SITS ON THE CURB. Why, a $900 circuit board PLUS labor to fix a 1 year old machine. Pay attention to this tip people.
Bought a WA52M7750AC top load 2 1/2 years ago. Quit working, wouldnt power on or door not opening. Called Samsung service reccommended by Lowes. Replaced door lock switch, still broken. The said main power board bad. PART NOT AVAILABLE. WASHER NOT REPAIRABLE. Samsung service said tought luck out of 1 year warranty. PIECE OF JUNK NEVER another Samsung
I have questions on how to use this machine , I am not a fan of how the water level on the machine does not cover all of the clothes particularly the ones on top , does that mean o have to use the deep fill option every time ? Please help me
My experience with the top loaded samsung washer has been a complete disappointment. Samsung has their own version of minute from what I noticed. It takes way too long to wash a small load. The agitator doesn't fully submerge or agitate your clothes. The window is for you to view the soap that didn't get mixed with your load. I have to help the washer for my clothes to get clean. Thumbs down.
I just bought the champagne set the only thing I'm wondering about is the cycle itself, is it normal that it spins slowly in steady intervals? Ours does this on every wash cycle. I was thinking it would spin/ jyrate faster during wash cycle. Is this the normal movement during wash?
I just got this delivered today. Thank you for your review. I’m trying to figure out how to use it. It’s sooooooo much going on with this machine. My last Samsung washer/dryer I had for 17 years. This is a massive upgrade to say the least.
It lasted 17 years I really needed to hear that I just purchased a Samsung top loader AquaJet and was just skeptical about getting the dryer because I see all these reviews!!! And this gentleman is so I just watched vlog two years ago he said his Samsung dryer was a piece of crap. I'm glad to hear yours lasted 17 years so I may get the matching dryer. It's just a terrible feeling you buy something and the crap brakes down. 😰 At this point I have to give it a go, take the plunge and pray for the best.
Mine was delivered today. How long did it take you to figure it out? I just put a load in the washer and not sure if I did it right. Not crazy about how long it takes. I wanted a side loader but my husband was against it. I know they don’t take as long to wash or dry and uses less water. Let me know what you think and if you have any tips for me.
@@cindyb3028 girllll pack your patients because you have to get use to it. I’ve had it for a month now and my boyfriend purchased one as well. You going to have to play with it and figure out what works best for you. I can honestly say my clothes are clean!!!! I’m very happy with the purchase, it was money well spent. Good Luck to you. 🙃
@@miamia7633 I figured out how to do a basic load but that’s about it. I haven’t read the manual enough to figure out all the other features yet. I’m still don’t like how long it takes to do a load. Also I saw one of the big cons were people having to bend down but being only 5ft, I have the opposite trouble being able to reach for the clothes so I have to use a step stool or my grabber stick. The side loader would have been more convenient for me so I wish I purchased the side loader instead.😕
I have this same set and the dryer is great! THE WASHER SUCKS!!!! The wash speed is so slow it's like everything is on delicate and it doesn't get anything clean. I have to buy socks and wash cloths more often because this doesn't get them clean and the stains set in. I tried to sell this washer within a month of buying it brand new! I don't know if it's the brand or just the no agitator but either way IT SUCKS!
@@rebeccas5669 I haven't. I bought a more expensive detergent to see if that helps but it really doesn't. And that defeats the purpose of having this type of washer. They say the clothes get clean by rubbing each other, but if you put in enough to rub against each other they barely move and if you put less so they move, they don't rub. It's a no win!
It is still a work in progress but we have found a setting that cleans a regular rectangular laundry with no problem so far. We may tweak the stuff as we go but the settings we did that helped was : Quick wash Rinse one light one Cold Spin all lights Soil all lights Deep fill button
Got mine yesterday. The washer takes forever and the dryer hasn’t dried a load properly yet. My old dryer was perfect I wish I didn’t sell it. I starting to have buyers remorse. I’ve never read a manual for a washer/dryer but I’m going to try. So far I may have to send it back.
We bought the same set, also to replace the older front load Samsung washer / dryer. Are old dryer motor went out 6 months after we bought it, took 8 weeks for the repair man to get the replacement motor.
When doing a load does the water completely cover the clothing or just barely? I have the same set and am trying to make sure ours is using enough water. Thanks!
We just got a new washer and dryer and I think we got this model, or the similar one the newer one, because our washer? It works but the spin cycle does not. We have to go down there and manually turn it over to the spin cycle. We just have to wait for it to come in the mail. I discovered that when I went to get my clothes out of the dryer yesterday and they were not all the way spinned. Because they were dripping wet still. So I told my mom and she said OK we will get a new set, because our dryer does not dry worth a shit either. Excuse my language. And I had just got two new T-shirts that I need to wash. Before I wear them and I have an entire load of laundry in the floor. I don’t have a empty basket right now because I have so much dirty laundry to do. I was wondering does this machine also use powder detergent? Because last month I bought a bag of powder detergent and a box of it as well. (Was trying Arial with Downey)It would suck if it didn’t. But I could just buy pods or liquid which I’m not really a fan of liquid, get on my hands. I’m sorry I’m complaining a lot I’m just really in a bad mood over this it went out yesterday.
Hi! Thanks for the review as it was very helpful. I need help on cleaning the dryer lint filter. I unscrews the screws and it won’t come out. I want to keep it clean but don’t know how. Your video would be greatly appreciated.
@@MrGizmo211 no I don’t unscrew for the lint, but I have to for the inside if I want to vacuum out the extra lint that falls to the bottom and that’s where I’m having issues.
I just purchased these today. I’m super excited to start using them. I’m a little intimidated by them because I’m not really smart with technology, but this was a great step by step instructions
I was hoping for more details on how to select cleaning options. My sister gave me this because she said it didn't clean properly. I just did my first load and agreed. I'm glad I held on to my old Whirlpool.
They are energy efficient, meaning the water will fill to the amount needed based on the weight of the clothes. It is not meant to fill the drum with water, that defeats the purpose of being energy efficient. Hope this helps.
Do I put the clothes around the white thing that’s inside the washing machine or I just put all the clothes in there ... cause I was wondering does that white piece inside the washing machine pushes up?.
i have the same set and have searched high and low, read the manuals looking for the filter to clean. ive seen where people are draining and cleanimg a filter on other modles, but the manual doesnt have that anywhere in it, theres nothing on youtube, etc. do you know anything about it? or maybe these dont have the drain tube and filter?
Have to disagree , sorry. Front load washers the clothes continue to go around and because of gravity each piece keeps smashing down on the other pieces where the top loader they just slightly get turned back and forth. And they don't really rub against each other good enough. I noticed my clothes were much cleaner with a front loader. And you just leave the door open a little in between loads and it dries right out. then you close it. The front loader is like the woman down at the creek beating the clothes on a rock.{or the man} sorry ladies. And they do make hard rubber balls you can throw in the load to for that extra beating. What do they do in a top loader ? sink to the bottom.
I hear what you are saying and can’t disagree with your logic. I think the issue with top or front loading is making sure to not overfill them. That way they clothes get plenty of aggregation.
There was a recall of Samsung 'Exploding Top' washers a few years ago. I'm still using one of those. Also, they're plague with the notorious 'dc-error-code' problem. I've replaced the Suspension Rods' but still the dc-code pops up sometimes. I'd stay away form Samsung washers and dryers. Currently, I'm researching on the 'Water in the top rim as Load Balancer' in these Samsung washers' hypothesis.
My sister had the same washer and dryer set up. So quick question, how do I stop it from repeating rinse cycle over and over again???? It won’t drain or spin dry so I can start the next load
I believe it is a balancing issue that causes this. I prevent it by not washing a number of different weight items together. I group lightweight, medium and heavyweight clothing and wash like with like and have eliminated this issue.
My old washer and 41 year old dryer both broke. I couldn’t find a matched set for sale anywhere, due to nationwide shortages. I got an email from a smaller appliance store about a sale, and so I went there. I got this set. I hope I learn to love it as much as the old ones! The first load of wash is running right now.
I just got this in, and after doing a self clean, I'm washing my first items, which is my sons bedding. I clicked on bedding, but I'm curious what the waterproof means? It says bedding/waterproof. Does anyone know?
I have this particular washer that you're talking about so the bedding / waterproof means that it will deep fill the water and will not perform maximum spin speed it would be one speed below maximum but in the case of waterproof what it does it knows that if you put a waterproof jacket in there like a North face jacket or whatever waterproof clothing item it will make sure that it will saturate it enough which is a deep fill to make sure that it doesn't float on the top of the water and then after it finish it will rejuvenate the waterproofing on that item so it could stay waterproof so when you pop it in the dryer and dry it all the waterproofing will come back so it can bead off water easily. And plus here's an extra for you if you're going to wash a comforter or bedding or sheets I would say something more bigger like comforter wise something fluffy The best thing to do with those items is spread those out and then fold it once in half and then fold it again in half but make sure it's in a zigzagging pattern and then what you do is you roll it like a Swiss roll and then put it down in the washer below the line that is prescribed it should show something on the tub and you lift the lid if not just below the line in the tub and after you have it in there you kind of loosen it up so it kind of just loosely will look like a Swiss roll standing up on its side but you want to just unravel it loosely and what it does is it will automatically draw the the blanket or the comforter down and kind of unravel the accordion for you of the material and then at the end it just kind of leaves this kind of donut shape . I hope that answers your question if not please message me because I actually have the Samsung guide on the washer itself it's a booklet that I got with it but there should be a PDF online on the Samsung care website itself sometimes they could be vague in the instructions because they update from time to time
Was just wondering , are the lights on the dryer supposed to blink off and on when you turn on the dryer ? Can’t seem to find that info on any manual that was with my dryer
I think I see Downey beads on the shelf-those are high in phthalates and just so bad for kids and people. Fragrance free (sensitive skin) is the way to be.
Noooooooo I have the Samsung fridge and a Maytag washer and dryer I’m going ge In my kitchen next time just a basic washer is all u need man hope it don’t break
Hey Mr Gizmo, do you know if the washer has a lint filter or a debris filter? I read that during washing of clothes it will remove the lint and that owners need to clean it or clothes will appear with lent on their dark color clothes. My Tip of The Day: I did fine how to keep the inside / out drum clean and free from soap, softener, and mildew buildup. When running self clean we should add a cup of citric acid and a spoon of oxiclean every two weeks or once a month. Look forward to showing where filter is located. Thx!
Ran the first "test" wash through the machine. Everything went fine up until it was time for the rinse cycle to drain the water out of the tub. The wash cycle drained the water just fine; however, the rinse cycle did not drain at all... I am literally left with a machine full of water & the machine just shut off after it was finished. But without the rinse cycle water being drained. What did I do wrong?
Just got this set delivered today. Trying to figure out how to use it. Did you switch the dryer door yourself? I want to switch the side where the handle is if it’s possible to do ourselves.
Everything that comes out of my dryer is wrinkled. We do a normal cycle on the dryer. Nothing ever comes out wrinkle free. We dont over load it with clothes. Please help! And pods or liquid for the washer?
I bought this set . And it turned off while the washer was filled up with water I couldnt get it to turn on even while unplugging it from outlet leaving it off for 2 to 3 mins I plugged it back in an still nothing , so the customer service lady brought me to ware the breaker is at that controlls the power she had my turn the breaker off an back on while doing that my washer then turned back on it was running for a good 25mins then powered off agian I did the breaker agian an it came back on. It hasn't turned off Yet after the two times but now I'm debating to return my set an get a different brand instead. The maintenance guy came an checked everything to the power an said it wasn't pulling alot of energy enough to make it turn off an everything was great. he ran my washer for 30mins an it did not shut off this time but he did use it at the lowest fastest setting to 😑 😒 could it be my washer ? I'm still in 30day mark so I have a chance to return it an get new set. My first time getting Samsung appliances
Haha, I have the same set. To wash small loads, just leave it on normal and select soil level. There’s 5 soil levels. Select depending on light or heavy soil. I’m also washing as I text, because I’m a stay home dad. I recommend the Samsung set. Very functional and easy to use.
We bought this so we can add clothes while washing (in case we forgot something.) the door seems to lock while washing. Any idea how to deactivate that feature?
As far as mold issues on front loaders, the fix I've seen others use is to leave the door and detergent dispenser cracked open between wash days. That may be a safety issue with kids around. As far as Samsung major appliances in general, nice features but not assembled in America like the other South Korean giant, LG.
Any front load washer should have the door opened. This helps air flow and not form mold or odor. Also, when doing a deep clean on any front load washer add a bit of bleach. That will maintain your washer in great condition. Do this at least once a month. Hope this helps. 😀
Just purchased mines today at home depot and it come the 16th or March 2021 and I’m super happy , it was a great choice and I’m super happy thank you 🙏🏻
We have a Samsung Top Loader from Jan 2020. Nothing problems with UL errors. This because of the load balance. Looked online has something to do with the springs around the drum. Lucky we brought a warranty & I'm not buying another Samsung.

Samsung should stick to TV's, their washers and dryers their washer and
dryers are terrible they are VERY SLOW they use VERY MUCH energy and are
not efficient at all, stay away from their washers and dryers you'll be
glad you did.
Should the water level barely cover the top of the clothes? I understand it’s more efficient based on what I had but want to make sure there’s enough water. Thanks!
All depends on your water pressure the newer washers are timed on filling. Try answering it to large load
@@MrGizmo211 seems odd they would fill on timing rather than weight and balance. Any setting suggestions?
check manual. it has to be calibrated before use
I have this exact dryer in (white) and to tell you the truth im so confused about it. It does NOT dry our clothes, from regular load to even towels. Ive tried different settings and still just doesn't dry im actually very disappointed it in. Just curious am i missing something 🤣
Ever figure it out ?
I have it an i love it
If you kid gets stuck in the washer that is called thinning of the heard
I have the same washer and dryer. I’m curious, what cycle do you wash your towels on?
Can you add water to fill it to the top using the button you showed at the beginning?
Has anyone figured out how to turn off the annoying chime / jingle at the end of the cycle?
Thank you so much! I'm a brand new home owner and I've been avoiding looking at washers and dryers, but you made it so much easier to decide!
Hello on your Samsung washer, are there 4 different water levels? If so could you explain how to use them, I have the same washer, but it's white, but the water level is very low, and the deep wash gives out too much water, thanks so much for your time,
I was worried that it migjt have a bad review, but now I can enjoy my new set I got a week ago.
@Mercy I just recently got the same setup and i have not had any issues with mine and i have slammed a lot of clothes inside and it washes them just fine.
needs to be calibrated. check the manual
,I have a brand new Samsung washer why does it keep adding water on the spin cycle
Wow sorry that sucks
This review really helped.
i love mine. have had a little over a year
Hi. Do you have a pan under your washing machine? If so, mind sharing the details? I want to ensure I buy the right one.
I have questions on how to use this machine , I am not a fan of how the water level on the machine does not cover all of the clothes particularly the ones on top , does that mean o have to use the deep fill option every time ? Please help me
Don’t fill wash machine up all the way
We just got ours. How do you choose your water level on this machine?
It is tricky because it depends on your pressure
My experience with the top loaded samsung washer has been a complete disappointment. Samsung has their own version of minute from what I noticed. It takes way too long to wash a small load. The agitator doesn't fully submerge or agitate your clothes. The window is for you to view the soap that didn't get mixed with your load. I have to help the washer for my clothes to get clean. Thumbs down.
I do agree with the Samsung defining a minute :)
NO AGITATOR,, I don't feel comfortable without it.
Thank you Johnny sins for teaching me how to use this thingy!
Suprised tho he's not a fan of the front loader.
How do you mute the song it plays when you turn on and off?
Hi, question:
I need to clean the filter on mine because it's not draining properly. Where is the filter located?
I just bought the champagne set the only thing I'm wondering about is the cycle itself, is it normal that it spins slowly in steady intervals? Ours does this on every wash cycle. I was thinking it would spin/ jyrate faster during wash cycle. Is this the normal movement during wash?
Mines does too im like why is it so slow
Mine does it as well. I guess it is normal.
Oh good, I thought something was wrong. Thanks for the reply.
Same. I don’t like it one bit. Where’s the washing. If it was basically just going to sit in water I could’ve used my bath tub😒
At this point I have to give it a go, take the plunge and pray for the best.
Yes it is
@@miamia7633 I figured out how to do a basic load but that’s about it.
Yes ours has the same issues. Have you found any cycle combos that get the clothes clean?
@@rebeccas5669 I haven't. I bought a more expensive detergent to see if that helps but it really doesn't. And that defeats the purpose of having this type of washer. They say the clothes get clean by rubbing each other, but if you put in enough to rub against each other they barely move and if you put less so they move, they don't rub. It's a no win!
It is still a work in progress but we have found a setting that cleans a regular rectangular laundry with no problem so far. We may tweak the stuff as we go but the settings we did that helped was :
Quick wash
Rinse one light one
Cold
Spin all lights
Soil all lights
Deep fill button
Also the detergent we used was tide ultra stain releaser . We put the level 2 in there
Got mine yesterday. The washer takes forever and the dryer hasn’t dried a load properly yet. My old dryer was perfect I wish I didn’t sell it. I starting to have buyers remorse. I’ve never read a manual for a washer/dryer but I’m going to try. So far I may have to send it back.
Thanks for the update. I saw this, and forgot to thank you. Hope ok is it now?
Yes all good!
@@MrGizmo211 You are a fine American Mr. Gizmo!
You shouldn’t need to unscrew anything to clean out the lint
@@MrGizmo211 no I don’t unscrew for the lint, but I have to for the inside if I want to vacuum out the extra lint that falls to the bottom and that’s where I’m having issues.
Hi, mine doesn't have a filter in it.. How do I clean it please?
We just now got us this set too. So I was searching for any special features etc that it has to have a quick look. Thanks for sharing.
Can the active water jet feature allow you to soak clothes?
They suck!
We just got this one in gold
Does yours feel all the way up with water no matter the load size?

Thank you! Great review. I’ve been reading reviews all day and this really helps.
@@italiangirl2440 I was only looking for a top loader. I bought these and I'm happy with the purchase.
I just purchased these today. I’m super excited to start using them. I’m a little intimidated by them because I’m not really smart with technology, but this was a great step by step instructions
@@betty3256 you got this ;)
I was hoping for more details on how to select cleaning options. My sister gave me this because she said it didn't clean properly. I just did my first load and agreed. I'm glad I held on to my old Whirlpool.
On my washer when I put on normal cycle it doesn’t fill all the way with water. I have to put on heavy duty cycle and hit the deep fill button
Hi, yes you are supposed to put the clothes around it as if there was an agitator there.
I can't figure out how to use the auto dispenser at all its not dispensing soap
Try maytag
i have the same set and have searched high and low, read the manuals looking for the filter to clean. ive seen where people are draining and cleanimg a filter on other modles, but the manual doesnt have that anywhere in it, theres nothing on youtube, etc. do you know anything about it? or maybe these dont have the drain tube and filter?
There is no filter on the washer. I've wondered about this also. Mine are 2 wks. old. Operating it is a little confusing if you go beyond basics.
If I got a Samsung washer dryer I’d have an old school washer dryer down stairs there’s a recall I’ve herd on them need to update them
There was a recall of Samsung 'Exploding Top' washers a few years ago. I'm still using one of those. Also, they're plague with the notorious 'dc-error-code' problem. I've replaced the Suspension Rods' but still the dc-code pops up sometimes. I'd stay away form Samsung washers and dryers. Currently, I'm researching on the 'Water in the top rim as Load Balancer' in these Samsung washers' hypothesis.
so what r u suggesting sir
@@mrmunzir9977 Stay away from Samsung Washers (& Dryers). Go with LG FrontLoaders.
The recall has been fixed now, it's fine.
@@famfam5922 thank you I will try this tip next time
My old washer and 41 year old dryer both broke. I couldn’t find a matched set for sale anywhere, due to nationwide shortages. I got an email from a smaller appliance store about a sale, and so I went there. I got this set. I hope I learn to love it as much as the old ones! The first load of wash is running right now.
Did u have any leakage problems?
@@tanelis5287 No I don’t. They do a fantastic job and don’t leak.
using windshield washer to winterize washing machine
I hope that answers your question if not please message me because I actually have the Samsung guide on the washer itself it's a booklet that I got with it but there should be a PDF online on the Samsung care website itself sometimes they could be vague in the instructions because they update from time to time
Hi I just ordered this set. Can you share the details on the pan under the washing machine?
Yes Please I was wondering the same thing!

Cual sería la mejor opción de lavar un edredón en este tipo de lavadora.

Thx!
Where do you put pods

i need a new washer/dryer set. I am debating on getting a top load as I don't have the space to open the door properly. Well back to shopping.
I think the top loaders clean better
Ran the first "test" wash through the machine. Everything went fine up until it was time for the rinse cycle to drain the water out of the tub. The wash cycle drained the water just fine; however, the rinse cycle did not drain at all... I am literally left with a machine full of water & the machine just shut off after it was finished. But without the rinse cycle water being drained. What did I do wrong?

What about easy way to drain?
Does it sense how heavy the load is and adds the right amount if water or is it a manual thing.
Yes. It weighs and adds water needed.

How do I change the dryer door to the other side
We bought this so we can add clothes while washing (in case we forgot something.) the door seems to lock while washing. Any idea how to deactivate that feature?
As far as mold issues on front loaders, the fix I've seen others use is to leave the door and detergent dispenser cracked open between wash days. That may be a safety issue with kids around.
As far as Samsung major appliances in general, nice features but not assembled in America like the other South Korean giant, LG.
I did both of those things and it does help with the mold issues.
Any front load washer should have the door opened. This helps air flow and not form mold or odor. Also, when doing a deep clean on any front load washer add a bit of bleach. That will maintain your washer in great condition. Do this at least once a month. Hope this helps. 😀
Samsung laundry as of 2019 is now assembled in America!
