    I started doing your Lose 10kg Workout and 30 Minute Beginner FLAT BELLY WORKOUT with One Dumbbell on the 10 July 2023 and my weight was 100kg, I am so proud to say that today I wieghed 90kg 💃💃🎉🎉 Thank you so much, I wouldn't have done it without you 🙏

    I am doing your 30 minute belly shredder everyday, sometimes i need a shorter workout so this looks perfect. Thank you for your videos, my belly is getting flatter everyday. For people who haven't tried these, i started back in February. My upper body is incredibly lean now, i look totally different. Don't expect miracles overnight. I am aiming at another six months of exercise and dieting and i will lose that belly. I have huge amounts of energy now, i feel confident, i wear lovely clothes and i am looking forward to my new self. Be consistent. Keep working even when you think you can't do it. You'll be amazed at what you can do when you push. Sometimes counting the reps helps to keep you moving forwards.

      20 minutes is not enough, you need to do longer workouts to get rapid results. Mix it with another workout and workout 5 to 6 days a week

      3 to 5kgs will do. Keep increasing the weights as you get stronger

    Tired this today after 20 years + of unhealthy eating and lifestyle, will admit I felt like an idiot and only made it 7 minutes or so into the video.
    I am feeling really sore now, joints clicking everywhere 😮 any tips from anyone on posture? Tried to do some weights also and overdone it I think

      The soreness will be gone in a few days. Keep persevering and it'll get easier

      @@briansyuki just completed day 3... Kinda 😀 doing fewer reps as the workout gets nearer the end but I'm getting a little better also my reps are looking better than day one, still not as smooth as you though

    😂😂😂i was using different dumbbells for different sets of exercises (2kg + 2kg and 3kg +3kg )
    It's was great and strong 😂😂😂😂😂my first time to finish weight lifting exercise 💪💪💪💪

    As a physiotherapist/ PT, the 1st exercise is a no no . All you achieve is making your sides thicker and dense. 2nd you just put you spine in a compromised position due to the plane and movement.
