Great for today feeling tired and still wanted some weights. Good combination for me today. Also simple moves to folloe and not too challencing for balance. Did not fall or humble.
what weight are those dumbbells? I tried with 5kg like your BURN FAT FAST 30 min dumbbell video and it's excruciating.. been doing the old one for the past month but I'm either using weights that are too heavy or I'm still far away from being fit..

Yes it's good for full body toning. 5 or 6 times a week
